Poor customer service. You never know when they are open or closed. Showed up at 4pm on a Monday and the doors are locked. Staff inside and no sign on the door. I'm knocking for a few minutes before they yelled through the door closed. Why is the customer service always so poor at the Wingstops in black neighborhoods. Ugh!

Placed order on line pickup time was 4:48pm I got a text that the order was ready so I arrived there at 4:49pm and the lady said there’s 4 orders ahead of you I told her I received a message that the order was ready she said i don’t know why the system always said it’s ready because we fill orders the way there placed in store and order line and fill the order that way so she told me we will work on it and it will be another 20min she could not give me a refund because I placed the order online so I left the restaurant at 5:20pm.

On a Saturday night, I ordered one large five-piece garlic parmesan tenders, which were well-seasoned, crisp, and tasty. I had a side of celery with my blue cheese, which was delicious. I then ordered a ten-piece wing combo with fries. I got 1⁄2 hickory bbq that was beautifully seasoned but could have been cooked longer. The lemon herb remix, on the other hand, was fantastic. The fries were very well-seasoned. I had a sweet tea with just the right amount of sweetness and ice. However, my delivery lacked napkins & my sprite was sour and effervescent, but I was able to replace it in-store; the service was fantastic, and the personnel was friendly.

I came into Wingstop yesterday it was storming , I order to go and I was check out by a young man name Tae it was his first day , he was very sweet and approachable and pretty knowledgeable to say it was his first day absolutely loved his energy, the food was also really fresh and good and didn’t take long at all great job i definitely will be
Ok the food is always good fresh but most importantly I gotta be like shout out to the manager for goin to get ice when I complained jokingly. Thats tight work
