WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

You don't really expect customers service in GA, so I was absolutely shocked and happy. They had amazing customer service, so much so I ordered additional food.

Picked up food today. About $50 worth. 2 double burger combos. Fried rice had some sort of sweet undertone which was weird. 1 of the burgers was undercooked. Usually they are cooked well done. The bacon on it was definitely undercooked. Order a 10pc DRY lemon pepper. Wet came out. Order was sent back. Then the cook sends the same wings back out but sprinkled dry lemon pepper on them...they were still wet. I didn't feel like arguing so I took it and just left. There is always an issue with my food here. I decided to try 1 more time today cause I was on a time constraint. Won't be back.

I ordered a rice bowl with only broccoli and eggs there was no eggs and the rice bowl 2/10

Food is okay. It could use some flavor, but gets the job done. They are pretty quick and consistent.

Yesterday I ordered your six piece wings through door dash and it appears that the driver didn’t care what the order was because the sauce was spilled in the bag and everything was a mess like he just throw it down in front of our front door.

Will never be coming here again . They have definitely gone down hill since they have opened. I order a Turkey burger combo. I got Old fries and the burger smelled Old

This food wasn't bad, just wasn't great either. I had it delivered. I got the philly steak and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich for me to try. The philly was good, but could've used more cheese. The Nasville hot chicken sandwich was lacking heat and toppings though.

Horrible customer service skills. Placed an order on 12/3 for pick up 12/7 arrived and Manager Joe stated he had no idea nobody told him about this order. Manager attempts to give a small drink for waiting. I explained my time is worth more than a small drink as I was in the middle of picking up other food and waiting for guest arrival.

I Think this is a good place to get wings.
