Food wasn't that good! The fries seemed old and over cooked.. wings were too salty. The burger was missing the sauce that it was suppose to come with so I added sauce once I got home..

tired to order pick up, they wont let you pay on pick up. i dont like giving cc info to the the young person that answers the phone. the bad thing is ive ordered there before and no problem. its a new store and owners dont work there anymore they are letting young people run the store, so to prevent stealing from there employees they go to cc payment 1st, if you dont trust them you think i do!!! american deli around the corner!!!

I love this restaurant so much! Desiree has great customer service and she’s a familiar face!! Thank you to Desiree because she greatly assist with helping and taking my order . I came in today and she made me smile and I appreciate her so much!!

Jolie was the manager I spoke with today after I took my mama there to get wings. She ALWAYS orders DRY lemon pepper & was given wet lemon pepper. When she saw this, she asked them to remake. So you know what they did???!!!!! Dropped the same WET LEMON PEPPER wings in the grease. Instead of cooking her fresh hot fries they simply dipped her old fries in the grease as well. The fries came out greasy and limp. Upon one look at the wings and touching them, I could tell that these were the same lemon pepper wings that were wet and they just simply redropped them in grease and added more dry lemon seasonings.THE BEST PART??‼️ When I called the WNB she said “I’ll remake them.” I told this lady “ain’t no way I’m coming back up there as I’m under the weather & would bring mama in the near future.”The VERY BEST PART⁉️ She told me whenever I come to bring the food back with us when we come. I reiterated to her that I’m not coming today… She then said, “that’s fine just put it in the fridge and bring it back when you come. ?Chile, WAIT. What??? Those greasy wings & fries in the trash & ain’t gonna take up real estate in the fridge.?THIS LADY & location is dishonest. Periodt. No one spending money should be treated without ANY dignity. I told my mama & Jolie the manager that we ain’t comin’ back & we got DRY lemon pepper wings AT DA HOUSE. We gonna call American Express & get a refund.These types of establishments post up in predominantly black neighborhoods & treat their customers like trash when THEY make an error. We’ll Patronize them silver times and the food was excellent however, the last two times we’ve been there has been an issue. Beware!
