WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Do not order from this place. We caught on to their routine. Leftover food gets sent to DoorDash customers. The fries were clearly not fresh and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting overnight. Both of us ended up with serious stomach pain. When we called to address it the manager had the nerve to lie as if we do not know what day old food tastes like. This place is going downhill fast. And if you know anything about Atlanta you already know how bad the service scene can be. This spot just confirmed it.

Worst experience ever i only gave a star because of the drinks we gotanr mind you we had paid almost 55$ for a family of 4..we are from out of town and we just wanted to eat at a decent burger joint..anyway walked in guy took our order..we sat down and 30 mins went by and still no food.. guest was coming in getting their orders taken and walking out with food.. then the guy came to the table and stated that the cook pushed our order back and apologized..I informed him we had been sitting for 30 mins now and still no food..he said the new guy got the tickets mixed up and that he just started on our food...then 2 more guest walked in and got their orders taken and 5 mins later they walk out with their food by this time it had been about 45 mins..go up to the front and we had told him this is bad service.. and wanted our refund..we asked why did the previous guest get their food and we didn't get ours..he stated he didn't know and that the cook is new. Really upset that the guy up front tries to justify that the guy in the back is new and thats why our order was never made when it was sent in to begin with.. new or not if he doesn't know how to make orders as they come in maybe he shouldn't be the cook..even when we asked for the refund it looked like he never started our food to begin with.. Horrible Service.. we had to go elsewhere to eat by that time every other restaurant was closed or beginning to close..

Best burgers in town and it's not even close. Fast and convenient. J is the man - super helpful and always recommends something good.

Burger & toppings fresh. Lemon pepper nice and zingy. Fries are fresh but could be crispier.

Love the burgers but the.website socks. It does not allow or give u the option so select tater tots as a side. Love the tots but no so much the soggy fries please fix this. PLEASE PLEASE ...DAN

Went into hair to grab something to eat and they have some pretty good food. At the time when I purchased their shrimp with chicken wings it was delicious and they're food is or has some decent prices. Good service. If you have any questions there are willing to answer and that I like that. Great place to grab something quick to eat and when you're on the run. Definitely will go back to try more of their menu.5
