There was a Piece of a Swisher sweets wrapper inside of my bag of food. Neither I or my boyfriend smoke. if I wasn’t so far away from the location, I would go back and ask for a refund, but this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting

The service is good but the quality of good has gotten aweful!!! I agree with hiring young people but there need to be older supervision in place and a mixture in age. Many of these fast food restaurants need to model Chic fila.

If I could give them a zero I would. The service sucks, kids arguing with each other and standing around. I told them I wanted my food fresh at the drive-thru and 10 seconds later I come to the window there bagging up my food talking crap to each other, so he gives me my food & I open it and give it back. I tell him look this ain’t fresh. I own a restaurant so I know how long chicken tenders&fries take to prepare. So they tell me to go down to the end of the driveway and 15 mins later the young lady brings me my food and I didn’t look at it because I expected it to be good&fresh but instead I got some redropped fries and some hard ass chicken tenders. Honestly it looks very sloppy smh. That’s why I don’t eat fast food anymore. The day I decide to eat the junk I get extremely disappointed. I just needed something to put on my stomach because I been busy all day running errands.
