Sunday night dinner for 3/$40
The team was kind and patient ...the chicken was great...my zensation salad was not...the lettuce not fresh..limpy😵‍💫. This happened before...I'll stick with chicken meals only.

I ordered the loaded fries with zax sauce and it’s ranch on here . As well as they charging me for additional sauce and this isn’t what I asked for . The employees on the receipt is Stacie and it’s was closed by Chaves . This is inconvenience because I’m at work and can’t go back up there when they got this wrong

Poor service experience. I waited patiently in the lobby, but no one greeted me or acknowledged the customers already waiting.
The cashier was busy chatting with the staff instead of assisting guests.
While I stood in line, another person walked up and was immediately served, with no effort made to ask who was next. I felt completely ignored, and the lack of attention to basic customer service was disappointing.

Routine no problems

Came on 11/07 Friday night around 8pm through driverthur I ordered the grilled salad with an order of eggrolls customer service was great and also food. If the guy at the window draw was $1 short it’s totally my fault I confused him and he was only trying to please me. So young man I do apologize about the inconvenience but I do owe you $1.

They took money out my account and the order didn’t even post. Please be careful using your card here. Their line is always long and they have bad attitudes

There was a Piece of a Swisher sweets wrapper inside of my bag of food. Neither I or my boyfriend smoke. if I wasn’t so far away from the location, I would go back and ask for a refund, but this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting

I routinely have missing items from my order. I no longer will waste my time to patronize this establishment.

The service is good but the quality of good has gotten aweful!!! I agree with hiring young people but there need to be older supervision in place and a mixture in age. Many of these fast food restaurants need to model Chic fila.
