workers are super friendly but i ordered a 8 piece meal and only received 4 i was very disappointed. If i paid for 8 give me what i paid for

This zaxbys ruined every other good experience I’ve had at any other zaxbys. When I met the manager I found out why though. I don’t know its name but it looks manly and is on the heavier side. Anyways. Food was good, and I feel bad for the poor high schoolers that work there that she was scolding in front of all the customers. I know it’s not their fault .

Waited 20 minutes for three nibblerz with no drink. 3 people got (more food than I did) before me. Offered me a cookie for my wait, went inside to get a refund and they looked at me with a blank face and walked off. My food was sitting right in front of them. They just seemed to not want to walk it out. Wouldn’t recommend.

The New Zaxbys on North Druid Hills .. Pay attention to the ratio of white people working in this restaurant . The White Female manager was very rude and nasty to my teenage African American son who came in twice for job interview . I guess Zaxbys got rid of their DEI Initiatives as well .

Honestly I love zaxby’s but this particular time was honestly terrible …..ordering food was easy it was once I got my meal. I picked it up and it felt kind of light so I opened it and checked it as one does i got a 6pc tender meal I’m expecting something reasonable for the money it cost with a side of cheddar bites $23.30 (roughly) total……. I don’t enjoy coleslaw so i usually ask for an extra serving of fries…….. after checking it I walked to the counter and ask is this all I get for like $6.19 the cost of the cheddar bites it was like barely a handful and the lady says yes that’s what you get cause we measure out 6 ounces of cheddar bites I said ok and I also asked this is all the fries I get she then explains that we weight the fries at 8 ounces as well I asked could she take the cheddar bites back and give me a side of fries she didn’t even answer the question she just stared at me the. Said if you don’t want it I can give you a refund on the cheddar bites which I reluctantly said yes cause I realize this wasn’t going to go any where….after leaving I looked at the reviews and saw one that stuck out about the tenders being roughly the same size as the sauce packaging honestly it’s kinda sad to see zaxbys going down hill like this… its used to be enjoyable as a kid with nic nacs on the walls the decor is so plain it’s like watching paint Dry… the interaction of being told as a customer that the amount you pay for is weight was a bit flustering….experience Disappointing………I came back not long after to ask for the manager. Guess who the manager is…. The lady who gave me the original refund for the cheese bites I ask for the corporate number to make it easier on myself and she walks to the back for a good bit of time just come back and tell me that after getting off the phone with who ever told her that there is no corporate number but we can take your name & number down and the general manager will give you a call which I kinda doubt… but we shall see…… to make it funnier is the idea of taking the food back after giving the refund and then having to wait for the refund to process will forever make this a comedy show….. (I didn’t include in the original post but now after the lie about their not being a corporate number I DO NOT recommend eating here at all…..)

Whoever made my loaded fries today at 1:40ish you deserve a raise these are the best ones ever, and I eat them a lot. Store was kinda HOT tho heat was blasting. Otherwise amazing experience.

Bad service. Customers not acknowledged at all, and staff are not responsive to customers entering the store. I left without ordering after being ignored

I came here last minute like 9:48 sorry lol,
But the service was amazing only one person working the line took about 9 minutes but she handled a lot of car on her own my food was fresh and delicious ? This place never disappoints I always get a boneless teriyaki chicken meal def recommend and the frozen strawberry lemonade is way too good

The wait in the drive through was very long. The employee came out to check the line, several cars drove off, while no one was at the window but they made people wait while they caught up on whatever they were doing inside. Customer service was horrible.

What has happened Zaxby's???? Our chicken tenders were the same size as the ketchup packets. Crazy for the price. With CFA next door, 3-6 months and this location will be closed.
