I come to this Zaxby’s OFTEN and every time I come in the service is fast and the food is great! Shaq gets my loaded fries perfect every trip and I will continue to come back!!!

Dirty atmosphere trash over spilling drink machine over flowing with dirty water. No out of order sign everybody except for the cooks is just chillin 3 or 4 workers just chilling in the dinning area talking and laughing. Other than that food was hot but won’t return

Said my mobile order would be ready at 758. Arrived at 810 order was not ready. They told me to pull up to spot 1 and they would bring my order out. Waited another 20 minutes before my food finally came out. Atleast the food came out hit

I placed a mobile ordered for 2 fries and 2 drinks they told me i have to wait until the time i placed it which i noticed was in 20 minutes which i didn’t notice when i placed it… nobody was even in the line they could have just did it. i waited outside and pulled into the line. I got to the window just for them to hand us the fries and told us to pull up at the cone and had us waiting 5-7 more minutes just for the two drinks to come out… i seen everyone behind us get they food as well.. i don’t know why they were treating us so weird. please check your staff very unprofessional here and will never be returning. this was saturday july 5th 2025.

This has to be the worst Zaxby’s in Georgia. So slow. I have pulled out of drive thru line at least twice.I want the food but can’t get it. *one year later and it’s still a mess. Avoid this one.

A person name Sarah who use to work at this location was very rude to me she cursed at me and spit on me because I told her my food was touching when I placed my order. she never areed to fix the matter she only escalated the situation by making things worser simply because she is mean and disrespectful.

Food was horrible. Fries and chicken were to salty and the salad was basically lettuce with chicken on top. The store was clean and staff was friendly.

Go anywhere else. My toast was shitty. My fries barely seasoned when I asked for extra. Was missing my sauces and extra side and had to go back. The chicken is dry. Go to the location off briarcliff because don't be like me and waste almost 20 dollars on b.s. I don't understand how the ball could be dropped so badly with the manager handing out orders at the window. It's ridiculous.

Never again! I ordered a Zensational salad and got more wilted rotten lettuce that salad. Just nasty!!! Salads here are not fresh. I won't pay $14 for a rotten salad ever again. Definitely not at this location. Order ID# AAAX4MV4AEAT
