Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went for a mid afternoon lunch. The Zaxby’s teammate was super friendly and brought our food out to us. The place was very clean. It was a great experience.

I never stop at this location because they skimp you on their fries. This is the only location that has the audacity to give people this many fries. Will never come back. Not worth the price.

The wings were good, as usual. But I usually love their fries and this time they were not very crispy. Also, I had to wait before anybody talked to me so the food that I had ordered in the app was sitting there

Not sure what the deal was, I have never had food from Zaxby's that was barely warm & overcooked. Hopefully the cook was just having an off day today.

First time here ever or to Zaxbys for that matter. All staff were friendly.
We were welcomed warmly by Grover, introduced to the owner Stephen and guided through their menu items with suggested employee favorites. We were also wished well on our travels as we departed by the guy outside taking orders in the drive-thru.
The food was excellent. Chicken was fresh, plump and quite tasty.
We feel the value, quality and quantity of our meals exceeded the their neighbor’s.

The disdain your employees show customers is awe inspiring. Half the time the app does not work to order, you then go inside and tell the employees who look at you like “well not my problem” and then get impatient with you to have to place an order at the counter. Worst customer service of any Zaxbys I have ever been to. We go out of our way to go to the new one off of briarcliff road as they actually care, and do not make you feel terrible for simply wanting to order food from them.

I had an outstanding experience with Khalen and Niesha at Zaxby’s. The restaurant was spotless — floors, tables, and drink station all clean and well maintained, which speaks volumes about how they run things.

Service was fast and smooth, even during a busy rush. Both Khalen and Niesha were friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about making sure every customer felt taken care of. They checked in, made sure orders were right, and kept the energy upbeat and professional the entire time.

You can tell good management and teamwork when everything runs this well. Khalen and Niesha set the tone — clean, quick, and genuinely friendly service. That’s the kind of leadership that makes people want to come back.

The owner of this place should come here and try the products sold here. Maybe then he would know why the place is always empty. The place is run down, dark, and the dishes are horrible. I couldn't even eat the chicken wings, they were so tough and soggy. I had to go eat next door. I hope the owner or manager sees this comment and improves the service, otherwise they will soon be out of business. Which would be a shame, because I know someone invested money in this business.

Good and faster customer service I recommend go dine-in to buy your order, are faster than the drive-thru, clean spaces and good decoration. My coleslaw was kind of tasteless but its okay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Despite repeating my order multiple times, the cashier continued to add item that I did not request. When I tried to clarify, she became upset and even snatched my credit card out of my hand. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.
