After we ordered we had to pull forward and wait. Then I realized they left the funnel cake off. My girlfriend went in and paid for the funnel cake and when they brought the order out to the car, STILL NO FUNNEL CAKE, so she went back inside for a second time to get the desert. When we got home to eat, my bread was hard as a rock. It had obviously been sitting out all day. It was inedible. The funnel cake was undercooked and was mushy dough. I am never a picky eater, I pride myself on that fact, but this food was unacceptable. FOR THE PRICE, $30… I feel like I was ripped off!!!

Chicken tenders small salty, and hard. Ask for honey mustard received ranch. Fries were a disappointing super small half full/half empty box. Like someone ate half. I received 10 drums in my 10 wings. Which were hard. I will never go back to Zaxbys. 2nd visit to this chain restaurant. It was the same as before. I visited a location in Florida. Florida restaurants are usually good at food prep. Zaxbys sux. My opinion of course. Facts is, service sux as well as food at this location. Sorry.

Zaxby's is always good, and this was no different. However, the entre portion compared to the portion of chicken parm fries was inverse to my expectations. I ordered the chicken cheese steak meal, and the sandwich was junior-sized and the fries were minimal and cold. I wasn't too worried about the portion of fries that came with the order, but when I opened the size of the chicken parm fries, it was easily twice the size of my actual entrée. I wanted a sandwich with a side of special fries, what I received was a meal of special fries with a mini cheese steak sample.Disappointing and disappointed ?

I recently had the misfortune of this Zaby's, and the overall experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied. From the excruciatingly long drive-through waiting time to the bare minimum staff working and the apparent lack of effective management, my visit was nothing short of a regrettable ordeal.The waiting time at the drive-through was nothing short of a test of patience. I found myself stuck in line for what felt like an eternity, with no end in sight. The sluggish pace of service was incredibly frustrating, and it was evident that the staff was struggling to keep up with the demand. It left me questioning the efficiency and organization of the entire operation.Adding to the disappointment was the apparent lack of staff on duty. The few employees present seemed overwhelmed and overworked, attempting to handle an influx of customers without the necessary support. This resulted in a visible drop in service quality, as orders were muddled, and the once-efficient Zaby's experience was reduced to a chaotic and disorganized mess.Equally disheartening was the sense of poor management permeating the entire establishment. It was clear that the staff's struggles were not solely due to a busy day, but rather a reflection of inadequate management. A well-run establishment should be able to handle peak hours without compromising the quality of service, but unfortunately, Zaby's fell short in this regard.The lack of attention to customer experience was evident, and I left the premises feeling more frustrated than satisfied. Given the combination of the interminable waiting time, understaffing issues, and poor management, I have no intention of returning to this particular Zaby's location. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment fall so far below expectations, and I hope that the management takes swift action to rectify these glaring issues before they lose more loyal customers.
