I am doing this review on July 11 at 12:20 PM during my visit. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken and almost all of the sides were out. And then I felt as if the customer service was a little bit less than what I expected from Zoës kitchen. Still I decided to order and I’m waiting here 30 minutes now and other people are coming and going. Maybe I’m tripping but I really don’t think I am so I’m leaving this review. I’ve heard many things about this place that were positive but I think it’s just this location.Also I would like to note that the employees did not wear masks and those who did not have them up.

The worst Zoe's experience I've ever had. Food was fine but it took 30 minutes to make one bowl and forget my side. 7 people in the kitchen and 6 in the dining room waiting. Go literally anywhere else.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, especially during covid, but today was my last straw with this Zoe's location. I ordered food for curbside pickup. When I arrived I called the number a couple of times and no one answered. I would've gone inside to pick it up but I had my toddler in the car seat hence curbside. Finally I got through and the woman that answered said she would come out as soon as she could. 10 mins later she came out with my food and before I could tell her that something was missing, she was gone. I called and no one answered, called again and was asked to hold, put on hold then hung up on. Finally called again and the line rang and rang, someone different answered, I explained to her that part of my meal was missing and also asked to speak to the manager because overall this was terrible customer service. She identified herself as the manager, apologized for the situation, and said she would be right out. I understand that when things get busy, they get busy but I have given this location a lot of grace. This was not the first time that I have found parts of my meal missing - missing pita bread, missing side dish, missing sauce, missing soup, missing hummus. Honestly, the list goes on. I learned to always check my order in the event that something was missing and I gave them a lot of grace but the quality control and the customer service is just awful! I do not recommend this location to anyone. You are better off spending your money elsewhere. Also, to top it off, I got home and when I opened the kabob dish realized that the side rice dish was missing! Sorry Zoe's but you have lost me as a customer.

Went to this location this pass Sunday ordered a Chicken pita with everything on the side. Got home and there was no chicken. Called on Sunday asked to speak to a manager. I was told a manager was not there and she would be there Monday. Left my information was told I would get a call from Carla. Carla never called on Monday or Tuesday. Call again on Wednesday spoke to a manager named Christine or Christian. She told me she would call me back at 1:30pm she never did. This entire location needs to clean house. I will never spend anymore money at this location.

Horrible, Love Zo’s Food but I bought this classic salad the chicken was rubbery you can expect people to pay $13 for food and it’s not eatable.. I call and she was rude Will not buy at this restaurant run people !!

Place has gone down hill, used to be fresh and delicious, now the meat is dry, hard and old. Veggies were old too. Got the chicken kebab, was disappointed, used to love this place but will never come back.

-Waited 30 minutes for my order -Couple staff members were waiting around in the lobby not helping -Messed up on two previous orders before me -Only one person working the registers Mind you this is during a time when there isn't much customer traffic .

Sunday evening, getting busy, Brandon had a great attitude, working hard, keeping his head up and providing great customer service. Thanks Brandon for making this past Sunday better than my previous 10 visits

I don't know what they marinate that steak for the kabobs but it is of the Gods.So is the chocolate cake.

I usually love Zoe's but this location clearly has poor management. I ordered on a Friday night, 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready I got a call that they couldn't complete my order because they were out of to go boxes and that they would have to refund my order. The woman on the phone sounded drunk or under the influence of something and after sitting on the phone with her for 10 minutes she wasn't able to refund my food and hung up on me. Then the manager called and said she processed the refund. 4 days later and I see that they didn't even refund the correct amount. Now I will have to call and go through the process of getting a second refund.

I've been to this location in the past and I have had no issues. However today when I ordered the same thing I ordered many times before, the steak stake, with no feta spread, no mozzerella cheese and no mushrooms, there was an problem. I ordered it and the first time they made the sandwich, it had feta spread. I let them know and they took it back to make it again. When I got it back the second time I thought everything was ok, until I bit into it and found that not only did they put feta on the sandwich but mozzarella as well, after trying to get it corrected the second time. I am lactose intolerant and dairy does not sit well with me. I will making an official complaint, I will be doing a yelp review and corporate will be recieving a call.

I love Zoe's and get the regular, basil and sundried tomato hummus trio almost every time I go. The food us great but every time I go here it's a 20+ minute wait for such an easy item. Other locations seem to have no problem filling orders in a fairly quickly so I guess I'll go there.

Whats That

I order food all the time from this establishment. As of late the service at this particular location has been horrible for the last two visits. My braised beans were dry. Mind you I started eating Zoes in 2012 on Peachtree. I fell in love with the braised beans and chicken orzo. So I have taken a liking to the brand. Lately I have been quite disappointed in the vittles provided. I spoke on the service and food and the employee agreed. She said they're short staffed. I will have to make my own braised beans. Sincerely, What a let down.
