Last night, we ventured to La Cabaña in Dillard, GA, eager to experience their newly opened restaurant. The parking lot was jam-packed, which usually signals a long, frustrating wait. But La Cabaña had us seated almost immediately, a pleasant surprise for a new spot that clearly needed the extra space and parking. The new building feels bright and welcoming, a huge step up from their original next door.

Excellent food, I had the shrimp Mexicana and it was excellent! Lots of shrimp and cooked veggies, fresh salad and yellow rice. The sweet tea wasn’t overly sweet and the prices were very reasonable. Great service and atmosphere.

Parking: Additional parking is available if lot is full.

Great place. Very homey. Enchiladas and Mixed Chicken / Steak Fajitas are great. Large portions and the seasoning is good. Pair that with a margherita!!! Their queso is great also and we always order it.
