I am originally from S. Florida, so I have had my fair share of Cuban sandwiches over the years. This is up their with the best I have ever had and in Dillard GA you totally wouldn't expect it. We also got a pork burrito and the flavor and execution of it were perfect.Anytime I am even close, I will be stopping in. The food and staff were top notch. So good to have somewhere to go to get Cuban/Latin food, cause majority of the restraunts in the area are just not exciting!

First night we both had the Yukita (tapioca sticks) as an appetizer. Crunchy, soft, perfect Peruvian sauce…then the shrimp and thick pasta noodles. So good we returned two days later and repeated the dinner. There was only one waitress and she hustled and took care of the 8 (??) tables very well. We will return.

Don’t believe the rating. They ignored us at the hostess stand for a while and then a waitress sat us next to it. At about 30% capacity, two waitresses were handling all the customers. The menu didn't have Cuban food or oysters so we picked from the difficult menu. We were served after about 20 minutes, brought the wrong drinks, and horrible food. The food looked good on the outside but the chicken was ice cold on the inside, the beef tips were raw on the inside, the salad was wilted, and the fried egg was raw. The egg ran all over the rice and the fries.Besides the food being bad, the ceiling was falling in over a table of 8 people and there were bare wires hanging from the ceiling. I can't imagine what the kitchen looked like. We told the waitress about the problems and left.

I was recommended to this place by my sister. She brought me here - I really wanted the Cubano sandwich and it did not disappoint! The roasted pork was on point, and their mojitos are wonderful! The oysters had just come in and ordered two plates... delicious. Very good service and lovely paintings also. I will go back.

Dillard location changed from Cuban to Peruvian this past week. Totally different than Main St Clayton. Creative new menu. Simply wow and authentic. Might as well be dining on the ceviche in Cusco or Lima. What a welcome concept and execution.

I've been here twice and have had a wonderful experience both times. The food is crazy good and our server, Maria, was such a nice lady. While their sandwiches are wonderful, I highly recommend eating the traditional Cuban dishes. Each bite is packed with Cuban flavors and the sweetness of the fried plantains are a great complementary. It's so discouraging to read reviews where the reviewer sits and watches the clock throughout their dining experience. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your visit. It's a great place to chill.

Excellent flavorful fresh food. We dined at Clayton location. Seems to be some confusion as to whether or not Dillard will reopen so check before going. We’ll look forward to returning.

Indifferent after first visit. Sandwich was disappointing. Second visit: Sandwich was outstanding. It exceeded my expectations of what a Cuban sandwich should be. Wow!

Enjoyed many of our favorite Cuban foods for lunch. The outside of this restaurant is not very impressive and parking is problematic as it shares parking with the adjacent Mexican restaurant. However, the is another parking area to the right of the building. We were seated right away. Our waiter was great, friendly, prompt and checked on us frequently, especially considering that this was his 3rd day working there. The food was delicious. The Yucca fries were our favorite!! We will definitely try to eat there again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Really, can’t say enough great things about Hush, specifically this location. I LIVE for the empanadas and I moved here from Tampa, Fl which has the best cuban food outside of Cuba…except empanadas. (Even Togo) Hush, Dillard, has hands down the best empanadas I’ve ever had. I haven’t had anything that I don’t love here. The staff is great. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

It's a busy place, but we'd eaten there before and were looking forward to it after a long drive up, so we opted to wait. There was seating but they said the kitchen was backed up and we did have to wait, but everything was great when it came. Only wish we were staying longer in the area to try more things! At least this time we knew there was extra parking across the street that ran alongside.

Really yummy food! We saw the high reviews on some website and decided to check it out on a long road trip. We got the papa rellena and queso frito appetizers and they were both delicious. The papa rellena is a big one - slightly bigger than a baseball. The queso frito came with 5 decent sized fried pieces of cheese with a guava sauce that added a little bit of sweetness without being overpowering. For the main meal we split the ropa vieja and another person in our party got the grilled chicken sandwich. He's hard to please and he said it was good. We also really like the ropa vieja. For lunch, splitting it between the two of us (plus having had the appetizers) was plenty of food. It comes with rice and beans which were also yummy. The waitress who served us was very friendly. Our food came out quickly and the drink glasses were extra large. The place has a fun ambiance with old advertising signs on the walls. Very happy we stopped in here!

This might be the best restaurant in N. Georgia! Everything we ate was delicious! From Cuban sandwiches to authentic empanadas! Will be going again before heading home!

A cozy and vibrant Cuban food establishment. The food was amazing. The classic Cuban sandwich was the best I have had in decades. Every dish was bursting with flavor and authenticity. The loaded fries were a new and wonderful experience. For myself. The service was very friendly and attentive. A must visit if passing through or staying in Dillard.
