Very unhappy with one of ur managers today at ur Donalsonville Burger King I’ve always had great service there always smile on there face n telling me hey Mr Rick good to see you since I work at the local grocery store in Donalsonville I always had good relations with the ppl that I see at the store but today was a exception she had a attitude with her employees in public which isn’t good for business hey I know it’s trying at times I get it even told her was that called for hollering at ur employees course she look at me crazy but it’s ok n before I left I had to cough to clear my throat being I just getting over a cold she told me hey I can’t have u coughing in my restaurant gonna do that don’t ever come back I did cover my mouth n I did apologize n told her no problem said I won’t be back then n told her God Bless n Merry Christmas also the rest of the staff there was really nice n one member told me he was srry for her outburst n I said no problem n Merry Christmas.in all I understand we all have bad days bc I’ve worked with the public most of my life

Truth be told after previous experiences here I was not thrilled when my children wanted Burger King BUT this time was really different. First, the person at the drive thru was pleasant…I almost thought it was automated like at other places. But we quickly found out Erin was a real person! Thanks Erin! The food was hot and fresh, not burned (frequent problem previously). Our order was correct and the wait time was extremely reasonable given our order. We didn’t go inside but the parking lot is much better lighted than before, we can tell when it’s open now and we are excited to go now! Keep up the good work in our community

Every time my church youth group visits Burger King the food is always out fast and the orders are marked so we can tell what we ordered and are correct! The place is clean and the employees are great. Always appreciate people who are friendly, Leigh always has something nice to anyone who comes in.

The cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been in. The lobby is always clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The drive thru tends to be more busy than the inside but both options are very friendly and fast. The staff is always very friendly and willing to accommodate any request they can. They got off to a rocky start when they opened but they seem like they finally figured out there rhythm. Give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed..

For Burger King, this place is the best in the wiregrass area. The staff is so friendly, the food is fresh, the atmosphere is very quiet, not too much noise. They seem to do a great deal of drive thru business so the inside is mostly empty. Every time we've been its been a great experience. My only gripe and its really nothing at all is they aren't participating in the Burger King app. If you want good quality fast food with excellent service, this is the place.
