Great ice cream but service was poor at drive thru.

I ordered a sundae expecting the usual dessert ice cream with toppings like syrup or whipped cream. Instead, I was given plain ice cream in a cup and told that adding syrup would cost extra. By definition, a sundae includes toppings, and with their photo of a sundae showing that it clearly comes with syrup I felt misled. The two lady’s at the window argued that I should have specified I wanted syrup instead of admitting they were wrong. That is like ordering a cheese burger and having to ask for cheese… Ice cream wasn’t terrible, but there is a lack of respectful workers. (As this is the case in most restaurants and fast food now)

The owner is a super nice guy. Some of the workers id rather not have to talk to. Because of how rude they can be. As far as fast food (garbage food) it's the the best in donalsonville. If you need something quick it's OK. Much better than the bk

When I tell you that cook did that lmao. It was giving my body Fat Back Activity. Food was great. Customers gave the real vibe older people are always such a blessing to be around 🩵

Best Dairy Queen ever. Great service great food. Amazing staff. And they were amazing with my service dog. I wish I lived closer would definitely go back

They didn't have what we ordered even though it was on the menu, and they didn't offer to correct it.

The portions are a tiny size, completely different from any other restaurant in the franchise that I've been to, the first time I've left a Dairy Queen still hungry! If you want extra dipping sauce you have to pay!

The man who appeared in charge was rude and disrespectful to both customers and the employees. This is the 1st Dairy Queen that refused to make an icecream cone like I requested. The food was horrible, the only thing my wife and I could actually eat was the fries.
