This place has gotten awful since the new management took over . My order was cold and the cashiers are just plain rude at the counter and the drive in. I have gone here since they opened back in the 80s and this is a awful run place. Don't go to the drive in at night , they may never take your order.

5/31 around 2:00pm. Walked a couple of blocks to get there. Ordered a double Frisco burger. Walked back home to find out it was a single. Walked all the way back to get my correct order. I asked if they were going to throw the old burger away and could I just keep it. She saidI am going to throw it away but you can't keep it. All the extra time it took having to walk back and forth because of their error, you would think.....

We stopped by Hardee's in Donalsonville ga on Sunday morning and placed our order with Sabrina She was the most courteous, helpful and went out out of her way to accommodate us with our order. Sabrina made our visit very pleasant. We will be back. Thank you to the management for hiring the quality of employee's like Sabrina she is a prime example of customer service.

Great food great service as always. We enjoyed stopping by since maple biscuits has hit the menu. The food was delicious! Everything was hot and fresh. The restrooms were very clean and the crew were very helpful and polite. We enjoy our trips coming through for the great Hardee's service.
