My husband & I stopped in here while traveling & we MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK any & every time we're in the area! Mrs. Jo is an absolute sweetheart, she's super friendly & all of the food on the buffet was INCREDIBLY FRESH & SO DELICIOUS! We especially enjoyed the chuckwagon baked beans, the green beans with real bacon, the fried fish & fried chicken were fried perfectly & the lemon cake & brownies we had for dessert definitely hit the spot to end our feast! We certainly did NOT leave hungry & we ? ENJOYED enjoyed our visit @ Jo's & can't wait to come again!!

What a fabulous experience!!!!! A buffet so worthy! The food had wonderful flavor, the flat cornbread was to die for…….I’ve not seen this anywhere on a buffet. The fried chicken was superb. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LITTLE PLACE!

We went to Jo's Family Restaurant for the first time. Found it on Facebook and saw it was near us. Hands down it is a great place to eat. It's a buffet and it's very delicious! We were greeted once we walked into the restaurant. Told us to have a seat anywhere we wanted too. Waitress came right over asked us what we would like to drink. We walked up to the buffet and looked like my granny had been there to cook. It was so good. We should have gotten a plate to go. They had lace cornbread too. Yum! Wish I could have watched whoever cooked that lace cornbread or them teach me. Fried chicken was awesome! Wish they were opened later for dinner. We will definitely be back soon! Do not pass by this place without trying it out when they are open.Kid-friendliness: Everyone friendly and nice.Parking: Big parking lot. Think this use to be a church at one time.Wheelchair accessibility: They have 2 front up by the door handicap parking spaces.

The food was traditional down home southern cooking The buffet lines had lots of sides & deserts to choose from to complement the meats and breads offered. A drink is included in the price as well. I could definitely hurt myself trying to eat everything that I wanted to try. Everything that I had was excellent. The bread pudding was AMAZING! I will definitely stop there again when I am passing through town.Vegetarian options: I wish I had thought to count the number of vegetables offered, but trust me there were a bunch of them!
