We order at least once a week for the family. We mostly order online with no problems. Our order is always correct and on time. If there happens to be no more of an item, they call to let you know and will substitute for another. The manager is always very welcoming with great energy.

I need a manager to call me. Ain’t nothing way in heck me nor five more vehicles should have been waiting in line over 13 mins while the cashiers and cooks are in the store running and playing. Ik they saw us then had the nerve to run to the window to get my payment. ATP this Pizza Hut needs to be closed down!!! Back in the day it was NOTHING LIKE THIS!!! Atmosphere and ppl were better and the food was good. Now u got to hope ur food is cooked thoroughly and the customer service is trash and that part depends on who’s working!!! So yeah o need a manager to reach out to me. Then food still isn’t ready bc they wanna hop around and food still isn’t done and I didn’t even get my full order.

The pizza was good, the team was very friendly. The facility has a very cute nostalgic interior but is not in use only pick up is allowed. Too bad because it would be a great place for full service.
Friendly and quick service. And gotta love the deals!!! Got a personal size 2 topping, side of wings (options available)(or you can choose side of fries) along with a 20oz soda. Less than $10! Can't beat that honestly!

Great, quick meal! Love our Donalsonville site. This business would explode with business IF THEY'D OPEN THEIR DINING ROOM AGAIN. They continue to comment, No, due to Covid. This is now received as a glorified flu. A few run the Donalsonville site. No one wants the dining room opened as it creates additional work. We have those who will and want to serve as employees! LET'S get the Pizza Hut Donalsonville dining room open again with this fabulous food bar BEFORE 3-Squares, Hardee's, Dairy Queen, Burger King, and the Subway shut them down!
