Sat at the drive thru area for over 10 minutes and said”hello” multiple times. Drove around and they are standing there at the sink. Employee had the headset on.

To anyone asking who's keeping Arby's in business... It's me. Don't forget your sweet tea. For the past 3 years this Arbys has offered consistency, great fast service, and fresh meals for me. Hands down my favorite place to grab lunch at while I'm in Douglas.

03/18/25 We had a group of 14 coming in to eat at 4:15pm.. I went in early to give the employees a heads up. There were only three of them. They did an excellent job. Service and food was excellent. Thank you

Ok, picture this. You're at home, and a commercial comes on advertising a fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON from Arby's. So you jump in your car and drive 45 minutes to your nearest location, and there it is. A big picture on the window of said turkey sandwich WITH BACON so you pull around to drive thru and there it is again a big picture of that beautiful fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON and hear this voice say.. welcome to Arby's. How can I help you ? Yes, I would like one of your fried turkey sandwiches WITH BACON just to hear . Sorry, we don't sell that anymore. WHAT ? Aww ok I'll take a chicken and Swiss. Pull to the window and ask about the fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON and was told that they are only given an allotted amount, and once they run out, that's it. They are not sent anymore, and she says they sold out within a week. If something is selling that good, you should keep it in stock, and if you can't do that, then TAKE YOUR SIGNS OFF THE WINDOWS
Emily and the others working at Arby's in Douglas GA were so sweet and positive when I dropped in today in the middle of more shopping to fix things from the hurricane. She went above and beyond with my daughter and it made her day. With every reason to have poor service and be grumpy considering what this community has endured the last 10 days they were nice lights of our community.
