While in Douglas on business, I had asked a local where he would recommend BBQ. He tells me to try Barnyard BBQ. I took him up on his offer and ordered half rack of ribs ( which was more like the whole rack) side of potatoe salad and green beans. Hands down the best ribs I've ever had. If you like a wet rib feel free to add the delicious sauce but in my opinion there's really no need as the rib without sauce was phenomenal. The sides were just as good. I highly recommend this little gem if your in Douglas Georgia and in the mood for real BBQ.

It is sooooo worth it! My first time two weeks ago trying rib dinner plate with green beans and tater salad with a side of Brunswick stew, this is sooooo good I was craving more!!! Today was my pay day and I had to go and get me some! Yuuuuuuuuuum yuuuuuuuuuum!
Listen..live in Savannah, Douglas/Ambrose are my getaway spots. I KNOW IM HOME HERE..DOUGLAS and AMBROSE has Some of THE MOST NICEST PEOPLE and GREAT FOOD..you better come to COFFEE CO. hungry Waiting in line, the other patrons are sweet, the staff even sweeter, very accomodating..meat tender, seasoned well..good for a quick fix dinner or last minute idea to feed a large number of folks without the wait..!!

The loaded barbecue potato is delis the way to go. My barbecue Sandwich had enough meat to make 2 and a 1/2 sandwiches.The potato it self weights so much. If you did not hold with both hands, you would break the tray.
They are not a certified gluten free restaurant, but I read most of the labels. They use seasoning on the chicken that is gluten free. This is as of July 1st. Still may need to check. They are very understanding when I asked about seeing the ingredients.Dietary restrictions: See above comment in reference to Gluten Free

My review is solely on customer service. I was charged twice for the same order. I politely waited until the following Thursday to resolve what I assumed was a very minor issue that would be quickly resolved. When arrived I explained what had happened and even showed the workers my bank account where the transaction had been processed twice. They told me they would have to go back into the system to find the transaction and would get back with me before the day was over. Even though it was a bit on an inconvenience I figured they would confirm what my bank account had already shown and it wouldn’t be an issue.Well I received a call and they are telling me I need to go to my bank and get documentation from them. FOR A $30 TRANSACTION THAT YOU CAN SEE CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TWICE.It’s not about the money at all but I do not understand how you can not make right what you obviously see happened.
Used to drive all the way from Fort Stewart to get their food whenever my friends/family come to visit.
