No ... just no... everyone was too busy on the phones .. the fish was burnt and hard .. the fries what little was there was the only thing that was decent there was maybe 10 fries in the box and the bread stick .. it was hot yea .. but it was really hard on one side .. worst experience we have had at captain D's

Very good fish, shrimp and coleslaw especially for the portion size and price! Good fried catfish and grilled white fish. Crispy, light batter. Creamy coleslaw. OK green beans and hushpuppies. They were extremely with only 3 customers waiting while 2 employees were in the parking lot checking out something on a car. I waited for a long time In the drive thru before parking and going inside.

Do not order from the app for curbside delivery thinking that you will be able to actually park and get your order delivered to your vehicle. They claim that they do not give deliveries out to your vehicle. After a long while of waiting I finally went inside and my meal was sitting there in the counter waiting for me.All in all the food was still warm enough but the experience was not a good one.
I truly appreciate Captain Ds response and I will be following through with their suggestion to make things right.

Had the white fish grilled and shrimp skewer. Shrimp was uncooked and fish was just bland and nasty! Potatoes was hard & brown inside. String beans were not good. Everything was nasty and a waste of time and money. It may look good but there is no skill or care in this food. Drive thru only . 2nd time trying this location and it’s not good .

we just ordered the "delux" platter at the douglas ga d's. completely left out shrimp on both orders and the fish was over battered and rubbery.
