Order was placed online. They gave us the wrong sides and left out the butterfly shrimp we paid extra for. I ordered green beans and a baked potato - got the baked potato, fries, and Cole slaw. Live too far away to take it back. Tried to call the store, no answer.

We ordered on the app. A few things were not available and needed to be substituted. An almost immediate phone call. They upgraded the items they didn’t have. I arrived and the staff was extraordinary!! Friendly, fast, and delicious!!

I went to this location at 730, mind you, they close at 10. I ordered the salmon blackened, I was told the grill is down. No problem. Can I get a fried fish sandwich combo. Get the food, had about 10 fries. I waited to the young lady realized I was still in the drive thru and walked over. I showed her and told her, I'm not going to wait on fries because I'm not about to let y'all do something to my fries but you know this wrong of y'all. She just smiled at me. No problem. Your manager will here from me tomorrow and corporate. Then smile for them. I'm over giving y'all my money. Never again.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous order a dang meal supposed to get a drink, fries, and rest of entre of food plus 2 sides. Now all u get for 17 Bucks is chicken strips, and 2 sides, no fries and have to pay for drink separately. I won't ever come back

This was the best fast food experience my family has had in a long time. The food was cooked when we ordered. It was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and the workers had a great attitude. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered door dash tonight, not to mention right at 100.00 worth for two families! At the last minute I was messeged back by the door dasher that they was out of corn on the Cobb , would I like another side order so I said Mac and cheese would be ok . We’ll need less to say I didn’t get any sides at all after I payed full price! It’s not door dash’s fault at all ! It’s all on captain d,s !!!

I had a great experience at this location. The cashier was very respectful and helpful. My order was fresh, hot, and delicious. The manager, TK, is awesome , so sweet and always has a smile. The store was clean and well-maintained. I love dining here for dinner, especially when TK is working. Highly recommend!

No ... just no... everyone was too busy on the phones .. the fish was burnt and hard .. the fries what little was there was the only thing that was decent there was maybe 10 fries in the box and the bread stick .. it was hot yea .. but it was really hard on one side .. worst experience we have had at captain D's
