Doors locked can’t go in and every visit my order is wrong! Waited in drive thru for almost 30 mins and food missing from order. Had to go around wait in drive thru for another 20 mins to get the food that was left out! Terrible service!!

I ordered Checkers on doordash while I was visiting family at the hospital and it was the worst experience I have had at Checkers. I ordered the mozzarella sticks which were decent but the baconzilla and fries were horrible. The burger patties were so burnt and I have no idea what I received but it was not a baconzilla. There was supposed to be 4 pieces of bacon and instead I got a very strange onion-y, smokey bacon jam that tasted terrible. The fries also tasted like they had been cooked it dirty oil. I'd recommend going somewhere else

Checkers was a favorite for years but not today. The attitude of the person at the window was horrible, my fries had hair in it and when I returned for an exchange.. .Not A Refund the same cashier missed me off with her nasty attitude. Corporate I have complained!!!☠️?

I ordered a checkerburger with cheese and 3 other combos for the rest of my family. Got back to my hotel and realized my checkerburger didnt have any cheese. My husband went back to get a new burger and they gave him a completely different one, so they had to remake it a third time. They charged his card for the vehicle behind him on accident and gave him change back in cash. When my husband got back to the hotel and gave me the new checkerburger, it STILL did NOT have cheese. It should be called "check your burger" lol. I would completely understand if they were really busy, but there was no traffic there at all and now I know why

Great food and comes out very fast but the service is horrible. When you pull up you will get “whatcha want”, “what else”, “what else” pull up. That’s the extent of the entire order process. No professionalism or care at all.
We ordered 4 meals and a extra hamburger called the Big Buford waited like 20 minutes to get the food spent 52.60 and didn't even get all of your food we was also the only car there do not

My order was simple-it was not busy. We went through the drive thru about 9:30 pm on a Sunday. I ordered a plain hotdog and 2 milkshakes. The hotdog had ketchup and mustard on it and one of the milkshakes was the wrong flavor.
