I went in with my 10 yr old daughter and a 10 week old puppy which was in a an enclosed stroller. We ordered food and was waiting on it inside but planned to go eat on the patio. When ordering I asked the girl if they had pup cups and she looked at me bewildered and said they did not do it.. ok fine.. We are waiting on our food and a guy brings it over, sees the pup, we have a short conversation about dogs in general. As soon as he leaves we are getting ready to head out to the patio and TWO employees come barging over like I’m a criminal asking if I have a dog and that I have to leave right now. I explain that it was my intention but wasn’t sure if they would find me with the food if I was already out on the patio. (Still don’t know because she never answered) She just kept repeating “You have to leave and I can carry your stuff” while employee #2 was mean mugging from behind like she the muscle. I declined the help, she directed me to which exit was closest to leave and watched me gather my stuff until we left. From walking in to getting kicked out, I never even heard “my pleasure” the entire experience was rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional.

This place stays packed! Food was good, service was great. The line did move slower than other Chick-Fil-A's I have visited but maybe it was just an off day? I'd visit again when we come back to town.

Sat there and watch a bag off food drop on the ground. Worker picked it up and another worker handed it out for drive thru. Hope yall enjoy your floor food.

Food was good which is typical for a Chick Fil A. We ordered it to go as I usually do even though I generally dine in. I must say this is the first time I've been to a Chick Fil A and not have anybody acknowledge my presence or even welcome me. After about 5-7 minutes the actual Franchisee welcomed me after at least a 8 employees walked by me without saying a word. I guess Not all Chick Fil A restaurants customer service is as good as the locations I'm used to frequenting.
The new seasonal berry Sprite is AMAZING!!! The service is the best of any restaurant in our town!!! GREAT job, Douglas, GA Chick-fil-a!!!!

I went this morning on my way to work. The line wasn't very long. I was 3rd in line to order on my side. It took me more then 25 mins to get to the window. And they didn't have my order! They then had me pull up (which is what they should have been doing to speed the line up in the 1st place) to wait yet again on my order! Almost made me late to work! What happened Chick Fil A! I think employees either need more training or some hustle!

Let’s be real — Chick-fil-A isn’t just fast food, it’s a lifestyle. I pulled up to the drive-thru fully expecting chaos during lunch rush… and instead was greeted like royalty. I don’t know what kind of training these employees go through, but I’m pretty sure they could run a small country with that level of efficiency and kindness.
The chicken? Crispy perfection. The waffle fries? A national treasure. The Chick-fil-A sauce? Liquid gold. And that lemonade? I’m convinced it’s made with angel tears and sunshine.
If you’ve never tried it, stop what you're doing and go. If you have tried it… you already know. My pleasure.
