Went thru drive-thru and it took longer than it should have. But servers were friendly and delivered with kindness.

I don't know if it's just the young workers working at Dairy Queen but tonight my fries was not hot and my burger was definitely not just cooked this place is a hit and miss at times you may get awesome food and sometimes it reminds me of Jacks just throwing people food together any kind of way.

I'm sorry, I don't like leaving negative reviews to the level I have to for this, but my 3 visits to this location have only gotten increasingly worse each time. I refuse to give any more business to this location and they've spoiled Dairy Queens for me for a while with how horrible their service has been.Trip 1) I order two original cheeseburgers (2 for $5) and a moo latté. It takes almost 10 minutes to get them after I had gone back up and asked since I hadn't even gotten the drink yet. When it finally came out, all was fine.Trip 2) I order the same thing, wait again almost 10 minutes but only get my burgers. I ask about my drink to be told "oh, we will get right on that" and to not get it for another 5-10 minutes by the time I had finished eating. What came out though was just a shake of some sort and not the moo latté I had ordered but after waiting that long to get results, I didn't want to waste more of my time trying to get it corrected.Trip 3) This was tonight. It has left me very disappointed. I decided to mobile order and go through drive thru. Worst mistake yet. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes before even making it to the speaker box, and 20 minutes or so into this, my app updates and says that my orders been picked up approximately 5 minutes before that. So, when I get to the speaker box, the person on the other end couldn't find my order. He eventually just told me to pull up to the window, where I sat for nearly 4 minutes before someone opened the window to begin to address my being there. They couldn't find my order, and asked to see if I had proof of the order, so I showed them the confirmation on the app which showed to them that it was picked up now almost 15 minutes ago at this point. So, they go to make me replacement food without checking to see what all I ordered, and so they had to remake it again when I figured that's what they had done and informed them that I had customized burgers, not regular ones. Almost 50 minutes later, I finally am leaving the drive thru with my food. Here's hoping it's actually correct.Like I said, I'm never going back to this restaurant. Others might have had better experiences, but I'm sorry, three strikes and you're out.Edit: got home and looked at my food and it's wrong. I legit only have cheese, onion, and mayo when I'm supposed to have ketchup, mustard, and pickles as well on it. I'm sorry, but this is just unacceptable.

Food has been cold and unedible the past few times I have been. Order is always wrong. The kids they have working there are rude and unkind. I am so upset that I have spent another set of money just to get cold hard tenders and a burger instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered. This dairy queen is not what it used to be. Check your food before you leave.

The food was good, but the service was subpar at best, recently when I went I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, they handed me the blizzards and they were milkshakes by the time they brought the food, if I wanted milkshakes I would have ordered those instead, it's common sense to have frozen treats made and then brought out with the food. The last time before this I waited in line for an hour, I waited at a checkout that said it was open and no one acknowledged me while they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Their customer service and management of this establishment needs A LOT of improvement.

I've been coming to this Dairy Queen in Douglas, GA for over 20 years and my visit tonight was so bad (worse visit ever) it has led me to this review. I tried to call the store first multiple times, but I think the phone was off the hook as it went directly to a busy signal each time. Anyways, I placed a mobile pick up order at 7:37pm and arrived at the store at 7:47pm. I saw my order on the screen and patiently waited for it to be made as my app said they were preparing my order (not true). So at about 7:52ish my order was deleted from the screen. I then walked up to the counter and said my order was deleted from the screen. So then they reprinted it and gave it to someone who I presumed went behind the "wall" to make them (nope). A few minutes later another person asked what I ordered and told them I had a mobile pick up order and then they asked me what I ordered which I told them and they began to make them. The 4 Blizzards we ordered were finally ready at 8:15ish. We then drove 10 minutes to get home and when we opened up our Blizzards to enjoy them they were all soup and didn't even have the consistency of a milk shake. On top of that my wife ordered the New York Royal Cheesecake Blizzard and they put chocolate or fudge in it which my wife didn't like and didn't even enjoy it. After everything (they knew I was there a long time because I bet 10 other customers came and got their food before me) no one apologized for the wait or anything like that. I'm extremely disappointed with this Dairy Queen visit and would appreciate management reach out to me to make this right because I know you all can do better than this and I can buy ice cream at the store that is better and for much less than this visit. Thank you.

Since the owners have changed, the quality of icecream assembly or making has not been the best. Ice cream is either melted or the blizzards not made correctly.
