Worst Ellianos I’ve ever been to. Service was extremely slow. My daily coffee order tastes like dirty dish water. They put easy cheez on my ham sandwich rather than cheddar, like all the other reputable Ellianos franchises do.
Don’t waste your time. Go to the one downtown.

The baristas are very nice. Sometimes the order is wrong or there will be a large amount of grains in the coffee. But it's coffee, it's not that serious, if you kindly tell the baristas they will correct your drink.
I will say they get busy since it's right in the middle of town. Sometimes if you go through the drive through or have a large order you'll have to wait, which is understandable.
The customer service was absolutely amazing and particularly this young man Reagan was extremely nice and caring when handing me my drinks. The place was also very clean and the drinks were amazing.

What a lovely place! Super clean and welcoming. The barristas helped me figure out what to order and made sure I was happy with everything. Diana was so sweet! The cinnamon bagel and cream cheese was super fresh, honestly one of the best I've ever had. I was on my way home from Jacksonville and this place was a perfect place to take a break. I wish there was an Ellianos here in Macon.
