While I understand things happen and rules may be different at each establishment, I waited 16 minutes as the first car in line for 2 drinks and 2 of the same type of sandwich. I witnessed 4 employees inside - 1 went to the back never saw again, 1 came up front and just leaned on the counter while the 2 window baristas did everything. 2 people behind us left the line. I normally tip when I visit but when we hit 8 minutes still waiting I put that money right back in my purse. Hopefully our next visit will be different.
The upside, my products were fine besides the bacon being a little too crispy.

This post is probably going to expose my caffeine addiction. But here it goes, I frequent this location a lot both while I'm at work and when I'm not at work. I come from the Pacific Northwest where there's a coffee shop on every corner and I'm used to my coffee being certain ways. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan so I started going to this Ellianos when I'm too lazy to make coffee at home. The staff there are very kind and helpful. They never get my drink order wrong. I usually order on the mobile app so it's ready when I get there. If you go and attempt to order when the line is long, you may be sitting there for a good 10-15 minutes before you get your drink. So plan accordingly. This place is very popular and if you haven't had it before, I'd definitely give it a try. The drink that I enjoy is a dark mocha freezer with half syrup and an extra shot of coffee with no whip. Maybe order that when you go. See if you like it!

I had someone pick me up a sausage grit bowl, and they came right on with it, and it was like I've never seen it before. It was already cold; the cheese hadn't melted. The grits were thicker than usual, and the portion was smaller. As much as I visit and love Elliano's, today was definitely not a good day. This was around 10am. If there's a time limit on serving them, they should specify and not serve after that time, but from my understanding you can purchase a bowl any time of the day.
