Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery service, subs ordered were delivered over 30 minutes past delivery time. Firehouse representatives to include manager did nothing to resolve the isssue. Offered to inconvenience me more by offering they would remake subs but I would have to bring late subs to the store. They lost a customer. I will never order from this location ever again. Also, filing complaint with BBB and Firehouse Corporate Office. Recommend you order from Jersey Mikes or Subway.

One of the best Firehouse locations I have been to! I ended up ordering from here twice this week as we had to stay in the hospital right down the road, and both times were great experiences. The staff was very friendly, consistent, and made our orders correctly and timely. They also had everything already prepared for us and ready to go upon arrival which made it easy for u to just pick up and go. Thank you!
