Pastries are a 10/10 but being rude to your customers for no reason and slamming the window when you get called out on your poor attitude is a 0/10 for me. Whoever is taking orders on the phone/doing drive thru, needs to learn her manners expeditiously. At your big age too...

They went above and beyond for me to today. I was traveling through and anyone who grew up in Coffee County knows how amazing all of Holts cakes and desserts are. A person got the last chocolate pound cake and the lady who took my order was sweet enough to ask one of the ladies who ice the cakes to ice me a fresh chocolate pound cake! It might not mean much to some but today it meant everything! Thank you Holts employees for going above and beyond today. Your kindness did not go unnoticed!!
