Did have a great lunch today at Jack's in Camilla. Pleased with our service and food. (I think some new things have started happening) Glad to see the customer service has gotten so much better. Great job!

There was TRASH literally everywhere when we walked in! All over the floors in the lobby. Dirty panties and trash on the bathroom floor. When I went to counter to place my order the girls were rude as hell and straight up stood at that register and Ignored me, I had to just start speaking so she would even pay me attention. We waited 30 mins for 2 chicken strips French fries and a small chocolate milkshake. When they gave me my order I told them I was missing a chocolate shake and two girls walked over to the ice cream section and was clearly speaking very rude and talking about how I had an attitude! Thought I couldnt hear them! I don’t know who owns this establishment but it needs to be shut down or fire everyone working this evening and start fresh! It’s just unacceptable! To have such rude employees not only did they act that way towards me but i witnessed them acting that way only to the white people in the line. I don’t know how that place is still open! It’s disgusting inside and I tried my best talking my son out of getting stuff there but we have been on the road for 4 hours now and was hungry. We love Jacks but I will never go back to this one. Poor excuse for the facility and workers there!! If you can’t be professional then you have no business working with customers. If you can’t be properly groomed and clean then you have no business working handling food!

Jacks in Holly Pond Al is filthy, food was cold and no seasoning on anything. Dead flies all over the place , tables all dirty. Asked one of employees behind counter for ketchup, said it was over there on counter instead of giving me any. which they was none on counter. Am done with Holly Pond Jacks and will do my best not to eat at any. Holly Pond Jacks has been a mess for years, undoubtedly corporate doesn't care. This restaurant needs closed, unsafe to eat at.

My mobile order with Jack’s in Moody. The Welcome to Jack’s greeting at the speaker, then the Have a Nice Day! by the young lady handing me my order at window was so nice. Food was just as ordered.

The food is good when they remember to give you your whole order. Whenever I order more than one meal it’s a 50/50 shot of getting everything I ordered and paid for. I live about 15 minutes away and it’s not worth driving back to the store when I bring back supper for the family and find out that I’m missing a chicken sandwich.

My husband and I just moved to Douglas and we had been to this establishment before. We always loved it and never had a bad experience… until recently.
While moving we just wanted somewhere on the cheaper side to eat so we decided to go here and just go through the drive thru. I ordered a little Jack with ketchup, pickles, and onions only, a fry with a side of bbq sauce, and a drink. My husband ordered a #2 combo. The girl called it back to me correctly and we drove around to pay. When we got our food my burger was wrong and they left out my sauce. I figured it was just an off day. No big deal. I’m not one to complain too much because I know fast food can be hectic & things get messed up.
The reason I am frustrated is because over the past few weeks they have done this every single time. Not once have our orders been right. Not to mention we tried to go in and eat one day and there were so many flies in the restaurant that we were having to fan our food to keep them away. Then my husband watched the employee who was making the sandwiches listening to music instead of listening to her coworkers who were trying to ask her about orders.
I know that no one is perfect and mistakes happen, but this location needs either new employees or new management, because it is going downhill very fast.

Had an awesome experience at Jack's family restaurant. This was a new experience for me as I'd never been to this restaurant. I ordered The Big Jack sandwich and it was delicious. Served hot and fresh. Employees were very polite and courteous. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the location. + They have a very well-rounded menu in addition to Great, very delicious ice cream and shakes. Prices were very reasonable and economic. If you're in the mood for some good food, I definitely recommend stopping by and checking them out!

The customer service is horrible the woman at the drive thru was horrible towards me and my family and I was nothing but nice I order two apple pies I think the woman walked back there and put two chicken pot pies in the bag and refused to talk to me when I came back up there she sent another employee. I would never go back to Jack's in Douglas my family didn't deserve that at all I do to much for the city of Douglas to be treated like that

I’ve been here several times and the customer service is absolutely the worst. Nobody wants to be there and it’s a shame, such a nice building built but full of incompetence and ill mannered people. I wish the case was different but it isn’t. I do not recommend. And the review response is oh we will look into and fix this but they have yet to do so. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ok, Itried Jack's in Douglas, GA again on 11/3/2024 and this will be the last time. I asked for an 8pc all-white and they said that they do not do all-white anymore on family boxes. So that is it. Everytime there is something with this place. I will go back to KFC and tell people to do the same.
This review was in the summer of 2024. Food is good but the service is trouble. They are waiting to cook the food when you order. I order online it was supposed to be ready at 12:55 pm. They did not start cooking it until we got there to pick it up. Got the food at 1:30 pm

So I went to Jack's with a 20.00 coupon. 10 piece chicken, mash potatoes, gravy, coleslaw and biscuits.... Got home, had 8 pieces of chicken, NOT EVEN a quarter cup of gravy, the Cole slaw was absolute juice. Pour it on the plate for real. And Biscuits were almost raw in the middle. I was so totally upset I didn't even try to eat it. 25.00. Really. I live way to far out of town to even take it back. But I sure should have. Thanks anyway Jack's. And noway to call this place. PLUS they will not answer the phones

I’m a little upset! I ordered the Big BLT and got home 20 min away to find out I has a plain double Jack. They were not busy at all and we had to wait in the drive through for 30 min on 3 cars that passed through. The fries were super salty… I’m not beyond going back I’m just stating my experience
