I don’t know what the deal was with the lady working at the window this morning but the way her tone was from when she took my order, took my card, gave it back and gave me my order was wrong. It was almost like I was bothering her for getting breakfast. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue here. I’ll give it another shot someday but won’t be anytime soon.

My husband and I went there Tuesday and the food was so good. I believe a guy name Jeremiah fried the chicken and it was delicious and the biscuits were good also.

There was TRASH literally everywhere when we walked in! All over the floors in the lobby. Dirty panties and trash on the bathroom floor. When I went to counter to place my order the girls were rude as hell and straight up stood at that register and Ignored me, I had to just start speaking so she would even pay me attention. We waited 30 mins for 2 chicken strips French fries and a small chocolate milkshake. When they gave me my order I told them I was missing a chocolate shake and two girls walked over to the ice cream section and was clearly speaking very rude and talking about how I had an attitude! Thought I couldnt hear them! I don’t know who owns this establishment but it needs to be shut down or fire everyone working this evening and start fresh! It’s just unacceptable! To have such rude employees not only did they act that way towards me but i witnessed them acting that way only to the white people in the line. I don’t know how that place is still open! It’s disgusting inside and I tried my best talking my son out of getting stuff there but we have been on the road for 4 hours now and was hungry. We love Jacks but I will never go back to this one. Poor excuse for the facility and workers there!! If you can’t be professional then you have no business working with customers. If you can’t be properly groomed and clean then you have no business working handling food!

Service is slow I used to love the biscuit and gravy but the last 2 times that I have gone it has been god-awful. The barely give you any gravy the biscuits are dry and they give you the tops or no gravy barely at all it was cold this morning not even lukewarm so this is another restaurant in Douglas just went downhill and that was the only thing I would eat from there is no biscuits and gravy and now that ain't even worth a dang. So there's another restaurant that I'll be crossing off my list.

Whats the point of ordering food through the app if you then get to the restaurant at the time an then get told to park that they were about to make it? No point in ordering ahead of time. They lucky its the only place open for breakfast before 5am.

My granddaughter was being admitted to the hospital in Douglas, GA, so while we were waiting for a room to be ready, I went to Jack's to get us lunch. My wife and I each got the grilled chicken sandwich combo but my granddaughter just wanted fries. The food was still hot when I got back to the hospital. Very tasty too. We're loyal Jack's customers and have eaten at Jack's in several different towns that we pass through
