I have ate here for quite sometime and the food is good most of the time but the customer service is horrible. I just went through there like 10 mins ago and we went through the drive thru and the outside menu was on the lunch menu so my husband asked is they were serving breakfast and they employee named Ashley said “well obviously” and then said “we will get to it” which is so unprofessional.She pulled us up for our food and we waited about 15 minutes. We also had another incident were we door dashed from there and there wasn't a way were we could add jelly to our order and cheese to my grits.So we called the first time to make sure they put jelly in the bag and then we called a second time to see if they could add the cheese to my grits and we was very polite and the second time we called a girl answered and was rude as can be and said “well you have called about this order 3 times” and her attitude was DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING. We have not been rude to none of the employees and when the first time this happened i gave the lady grace because i have worked fast food and i know what it is like if I'm tired or not having a good day thats why i left it alone but this is like the 2nd or 3rd time we have had horrible customer service and its uncalled for.
UPDATE: we spoke to Patrick Taylor, the hospitality coordinator, He was amazing and he kept asking is there anything else that he could do to satisfy us, He sat down with us and talked to us for over an hour. He is an amazing person, he was super hurt about our experience and he got right on it to fix it. we will be coming back and we are satisfied since we spoke with him.
