“I've been going to Tokyo Express for years. Always quality food and great service. But what I'm about to tell you is the difference. A few years ago my house got hit by a tornado. The next day I worked all day cleaning up debris and was super tired and stressed. I was too tired to cook and decided to go eat at Tokyo Express. I ordered my food and when I went to pay I realized I forgot my wallet. I told the owner that I was sorry and to cancel the order. She said absolutely not. She could tell I was stressed/tired and insisted that I could come back and pay later. The next day I went and paid her and thanked her. This is the difference between a locally owned restaurant and a chain. I will always support Tokyo Express and I urge everyone to eat there!“
