I just don’t understand the reason why when I order a biscuit with cheese and egg, I never get my cheese.. and I look at my receipt and the bag label and it has it on there.. the cooks aren’t paying attention to the orders! It’s not that hard to put egg and cheese on a biscuit..

It was really cold in there. Other customers were also saying it. Rang us up for banana pudding and didn't have any. The special was orders over $25 gets a free gallon of tea. I spent $46 and was not told. I overheard the cashier this when I went back up to order the banana pudding. I feel that they really want to push us through. It was our first time there and we were asking a lot of questions. It was Three combo meals and a child's meal. I live halfway between there and Orange Park Florida. I will go to Mission BBQ

HNB is a favorite when it comes to breakfast. Delicious biscuits, bacon is the best, and pancakes compete with CB. The overall experience at this location, we frequent Waycross as well, is the blueberry biscuits are lack luster in size and amount of blueberry in the biscuits. Taste is still perfect, but other HNB facilities have set a bar that this one hasn't hit in multiple visits. 5 star otherwise

Just left there didn’t get my side of bacon or blueberry biscuit a worker name Katie said it would take 3 mins and I was the only One in line for 5 mins. Sat there for 20 mins nobody brought me nothing. So I basically spent my money on stuff I didn’t even receive

The last two times I have ordered a breakfast bowl. Both times I'm missing my cheese or they put them nasty sausage patties in my breakfast bowl when I order the sausage links. But you can hear them talking about their personal lives with lines of cars wrapped around the building.
