It was really cold in there. Other customers were also saying it. Rang us up for banana pudding and didn't have any. The special was orders over $25 gets a free gallon of tea. I spent $46 and was not told. I overheard the cashier this when I went back up to order the banana pudding. I feel that they really want to push us through. HNB is a favorite when it comes to breakfast. Delicious biscuits, bacon is the best, and pancakes compete with CB. The overall experience at this location, we frequent Waycross as well, is the blueberry biscuits are lack luster in size and amount of blueberry in the biscuits. Taste is still perfect, but other HNB facilities have set a bar that this one hasn't hit in multiple visits. 5 star otherwise

Great customer service very helpful with assisting me with a great side item to go with my shrimp basket, and very clean atmosphere. The manager was very nice, she was training a cashier at the time of my arrival, very professional and polite. I will definitely send family and friends that way. And I enjoyed the amazing house sauce called boom boom
