The employees are very nice and the store was very clean and my sandwich was so good

The food is ok but I have done orders and it has taken 20 minutes sometimes despite not a soul being in the building. I have also placed online orders and they regularly forget entire subs and then take 20 more minutes to make something that should have been there in the first place.

There is a woman that works here that has waited on me and my parents a few different times , she seems really distracted or under the influence of something, she always asks all of us 3 or 4 times what did we order then we paid for our food then finally she starts on our sandwich’s gets done then asks did we pay already, there has even been a time she cashed us out then ask us that , and we literally just checked out with her

After experience jersey Mike's for the first I like the subs here I also like the daily specials that they have going on. I like the Italian sub and the chicken bacon ranch. But over all it's good

Always!!! Always do an awesome job!!! Customer service is best I have had in ages!! Love this store and its employees! The manager Cassie and her crew go above and beyond for their customers!! Please give them a raise or some incentive to keep up the wonderful job they do! They keep the customers coming back for not just the delicious food but the kind and great service!!!! Definitely a five star in my book!!!

I will not eat another sandwich at Jersey Mikes in Douglas Ga. as long as you have a man with long green painted fingernails employees there. What a shame.

very bad customer service, placed my order at 11:30 waited almost 2 hours. came back in since i was still missing a sandwich they wanna roll there eyes when i’ve been extra polite. never coming back!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous! Came in with a friend from work. He rechis and ate before they ever made mine! There was a line behind me and they even got theirs first. I finally went to see about my foid and they had completely forgotten my order. Still took another 20 minutes at least! When i finally got my sandwich it was not even the right one!!Complete disorganization! Tables were nasty as well.

Jersey Mike's continues to impress. Submarine sandwich was perfect, as always, with fresh ingredients and friendly staff. For the price, service, and quality, it's hard to beat the value for what you get.

Went in and was the first person me and my grandson this girl was leaning on the counter where you give your order and as I was giving her my order and a man came in and stoped with me and started asking him what he wanted got my order wrong got a attitude with me got a attitude I front of customers three my sub in the bag and she told the worker to hurry and get rid of me and I didn’t even do anything wrong I very upset and I want be back and the sub was soggy and wrong and I will not recommend this jersey Mike to know one the way I got treated 😢

A decent sub. Not spectacular, but yummy and satisfying enough that I'd go again. Not as good as Firehouse, better than Subway. We were thrown off by the small sizes but they had enough ingredients to fill our tummies.
