Went in and was the first person me and my grandson this girl was leaning on the counter where you give your order and as I was giving her my order and a man came in and stoped with me and started asking him what he wanted got my order wrong got a attitude with me got a attitude I front of customers three my sub in the bag and she told the worker to hurry and get rid of me and I didn’t even do anything wrong I very upset and I want be back and the sub was soggy and wrong and I will not recommend this jersey Mike to know one the way I got treated 😢

A decent sub. Not spectacular, but yummy and satisfying enough that I'd go again. Not as good as Firehouse, better than Subway. We were thrown off by the small sizes but they had enough ingredients to fill our tummies.

I ordered #8 Club. Got No mayonnaise. Only one slice of small tomato. Bread hard. Why can you not get sweet tea on DoorDash orders? First time I have been so disappointed by this store.

My husband and I visited the Jersey Mikes in Douglas, Ga, for lunch, 3/13/24. It was our 1st time eating at this chain! We were pleasantly suprised! Our subs were delish!! The brownie was awesome too! The staff was very friendly. The place was clean, too! I had a philly cheese steak with mushrooms, on white. My husband had a Sub Club on white. I raved to family all week, about how good it was! Kudos to the 2 person staff!! Awesome job! We will be back! R and L Lieupo

The food that I did get that was right was good. But apparently salads come without lettuce I eat there all the time and I’ve never had this misunderstanding before when I called to handle it. It was not handled correctly and very unprofessional?
