Pizza is usually the best value and is hand-made with fresh ingredients. Salads have been large portions and fresh ingredients, too. Wings haven't been overly exciting.

The service is the shining star most every time, especially at the bar. Quick service with friendly faces made the difference in coming back or going elsewhere in town for pizza.

The music is typically too loud, and there is no sound at the bar for sports on TV. That could be an easy fix.

We had the Gourmet and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered just a slice of the Hawaiian and don't recommend it. It was okay, but nothing special. It could've used some red onion at the very least and some macadamia nuts to kick it up a notch.

Took almost 30 minutes to get chicken strips and pasta with at most 6 people dining in.

I got two bacon and pepperoni calzones with marinara on the side and they were just as good as the ones from Seaside Heights, NJ. They were banging.

If you’re anywhere near Douglas, GA, and you haven’t tried Johnny’s Pizza, you’re missing out on a slice of heaven! This place absolutely delivers in every sense of the word.
Let’s start with the pizza: the crust is that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, holding up to a mountain of gooey, melted cheese and flavorful toppings. The meat lovers' pizza I had was a carnivore’s dream, with every bite packed full of rich, savory goodness. And don’t even get me started on those garlic breadsticks—they’re pillowy, buttery, and just the right amount of garlicky, with a dusting of Parmesan that takes them over the top.
But great food is only half the equation, and Johnny’s nails the other half with their service. The staff here are friendly, quick, and make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Whether you're dining in or taking out, they make sure your experience is as enjoyable as the food.
All in all, Johnny’s Pizza is a must-visit for anyone craving quality pizza in a welcoming atmosphere. Trust me, one bite and you’ll be hooked!

The food was absolutely delicious. I waited for a while for the food but the food was most definitely worth the wait. Especially the lemon pepper wings

The good - the cheese tasted great and there was a good amount. Staff was very friendly upon walking in and leaving.

The bad - there wasn't a lot of meat or sauce. The crust tasted plain and the texture was rubbery. Towards the end of chewing, the meat, sauce and cheese was gone while the crust remained. Overall, I wouldn't go back or recommend this place unless they improve their pizza.

The staff was great, atmosphere was pleasant. The pizza just wasn’t very good. The crust was too dry unable to eat it.

Have just recently (2 weeks ago) started patronizing this pizza place, first time I really enjoyed the one slice (huge) meat lovers pizza and wings… Very tasty but the day before yesterday I ordered one slice and took a bite of a burnt crispy pizza… I was livid but decided I wasn’t going to complain because I know for a fact that the first experience was amazing… I told my girlfriend that I would let her try the pizza so yesterday I went in again and ordered two slices of the meat lovers pizza and made sure to request it not to be over cooked or burnt… I got the pizza and had way more dough and crust than toppings… The pizza was so skimpy!!! That was and is the very last time I’ll spend money with this establishment… The lack of consistency is not worth the energy!!!

One of the best places in town to eat. Enjoyed the insalata was very fresh and delicious. Eggplant parm was good.

The staff are great and the restaurant is clean and nice.

I just didn't think the pizza was great. It wasn't bad when I went, but I ordered by the slice, and the cheese was the issue.

There was too much, and it was undercooked. It was melted sure, but there was no browning, and it was a bit cold honestly. I just ordered a cheese slice since it was my first time at this place and I wanted to see how well they do the basics.

It was fine. But I wouldn't really go out of my way for it again. I would choose this over any of the big chain places as though. And if they could focus on just making a really good cheese slice they could be great.

They also get points for not being very expensive. So I can forgive their shortcomings a bit.
