Drive thru service. Pleasant lady took my order. Friendly and good personality, along with manager on duty. I don’t where the line was broken, but they failed in two ways. What I ordered isn't what I got, and then I'm missing an item. So to sum it up, you short changed yourselves and me! Not cool KFC, not KFC!

Ordered food inside restaurant at 4:45 pm and was given money back at 5:20 pm because food was still not ready. Order was for a 4 piece strips meal and a chicken sandwich. 6 or 7 customers after we ordered got their food and left while we were left waiting only to never to receive our dinner. The workers here are horrible and only laugh when they realize that they dont onow what happened with our food or if it was even made. Last time i will ever eat there and hopefully we will get a competing fried chicken restaurant in the near future as this one totally sucks. 9-9-2025

I walked into KFC for a casual meal and walked out questioning everything I thought I knew about flavor. Chicken and waffles? Who approved this mad genius combo? I’d like to shake their hand… and then ask them to adopt me.
The chicken? Crispy like it got a pep talk from a motivational speaker. The waffles? Fluffy enough to qualify as a pillow. Together? A sweet, salty, crispy-soft harmony that made me see God for a second. I think he was holding a spork.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I eat it every day? Also yes, but my doctor has politely asked me to stop texting him pictures of my lunch.
In summary: 10/10, would fight Colonel Sanders in a duel just to earn the recipe.

Sorry service no condiments and no original chicken This was in Douglas Ga Dry and no flavor!!!!!!Ruined the Biscuit on top of Chicken so they were a bit soggy
