Sat at bar which wasn't at capacity. Waited over 10 mins to be asked what I'd like to drink. Food was good bartender(s) weren't. Had to ask for bread. Some folks got good service others had to wait. Patrons would pay and leave it would take a while for their space to be cleaned for the next guest. Not the best avenue if turning a profit is in mind. Smaller space compared to most other longhorns across the US. No need for this. THE REVIEWS DONT LIE

We got to the restaurant around 7 Pm we sat down asked for our drink order I asked for lemonade my son asked for a coke the lady came back we’re out of lemonade and coke ok I ordered a burger with fries the lady came out there’s no more burger meat all we could do was laugh thought we were being pranked but no the server came back we’re have enough meat to make the burger I was hesitant but ordered a plain cheese burger plain it came with all sauce lettuce tomato I mean what are you to do you then I asked for ketchup for my fries never got it asked for a to go cup you guessed it I gave up the only thing they got right was getting the check definitely a mid managed establishment I don’t recommend the location at all

Sat at the bar by myself and ordered an appetizer … bar tender never once came back to take my food order. She was very attentive to the folks on my left and right side that came in after me and ordered steaks, ate and left. I ordered a Salad but wasn’t able to eat it for 10 mins because I had no silverware….. Had to flag down another passing server who assisted me. the bar tender was tucked away in the side galley taking a long break from the great service she gave to everyone around me. I’m just finishing my salad 30 mins after I ordered it. Horrible Service. 5% of service will only get a $5 tip. 100% service would have given her a $100… not busy in here at all.

Got Our main course before we got our entrees, and when we got our main course, we didn't even get all the food that we had ordered and when we did get it, it was cold and mushy. The waitress was rude. And we only saw her 2 times during the whole visit Other waitresses had to bring out our food and try to get it right. Our Waitresses name was Rebecca

Food was good and ready on time. My only complaint is this is two consecutive times that they didn't put the raspberry vinaigrette in the bag for my salad. Ranch that I had on hand just doesn't go very good with the strawberry salad that I paid extra to get for my side. And this is after I asked for extra dressing.

Stopped in to give them a try. Should of ordered the steak. Lol. I ordered the half rack of ribs. The salad and bread were great. The ribs, well that is a different story. They had plenty of sauce on them and looked amazing but you could hardly cut them off the bone with a knife let alone bite them off. Now I know how cavemen felt trying to eat a brontosaurus leg back in the day.
In town for a short visit to my aviation friends as I visit occasionally. A little over a year ago, I was in town during the building process of this location. Was excited to see it open and decided to stop by for lunch on a Wednesday. Since the wait was 15-20 minutes for a table, I had an airport curtesy car that I need to return soon, chose to sit at the totally empty bar, right across from the bartender. Wasn’t even greeted. Waited patiently until she finished with whatever she was doing while staining right at me and continuing to ignore my presence. When she was done, asked for an iced tea and ordered my lunch since I frequently eat at Longhorn restaurants around cities I visit. For over 20 more minutes, asked the status of my ordered lunch and remarked that I wasn’t even offered bread while waiting. A few more minutes passed, and all you see in the picture came at once. My well done burger came way under cooked and cool to the touch. Ate the soup and nibbled on the edges of the burger, asked for the check and even tipped %20 for substandard service. On my way back to the nearby unmanned air field, stopped by a fast food restaurant and picked a meal that I consumed on the tarmac before I taxi and take off going home. I don’t write a review while being upset or on the spot. But in this case, parked before taxing and take off. Most likely, won’t be visiting this location again but you make your own judgement.

Daughter inlaws birthday, we were coming from waycross ga 40 minutes away. My wife and my son were already at longhorn. When we were 9 minutes out my son went in to get our table. At the time there weren't any wait on a table meaning there weren't any large table but they (the staff of longhorn) would not let him get a table at all because his complete party was not with him. Now after that the rest of his party was there in 5 minutes but we have been waiting for a table for nearly 45 minutes on a table. To repeat myself it is my daughter inlaws birthday or I would walk out. I will say it will be my last time at douglas ga longhorn. Update the review i posted i done while waiting to be seated. I watched the usher tell two different couples their name was called and their number was text and it took them to long to respond so their table was past over to other customers. Me and my group of 7 got up and walked out. If you are a review reader stay away from longhorn steak house in douglas ga.
