I don’t know what was best…..the food or the service! Kaliyah had the best customer service and She made us feel welcomed and at home. The snack wings and the salad bar were pretty amazing and we will definitely be back!! Thank you Antwuan and team!

We had to seat ourselves waited 10 minutes finally we just get up help ourselves to salad bar while eating salad a waitress very slowly come to table and ask if we wanted drinks. She finally very slowly brings 2 glasses then we have to get up to fill them but there was no tea and this is at lunchtime. Barely anyone in restaurant. She finally comes to get our order but she tells us we have to pull menu up on line well we did but it was so small we couldn't see it so we just ordered super supreme pizza and chicken wings. We finally got order after 30 minutes. Pizza was great but wings was boneless which we hate and full of batter and grease. We could not eat wings. Then we had to wait to get checked out at register. Guy was not nice no thank you nothing. We saw the cook while waiting he was not clean plus he had came out of bathroom pulling on his pants and wiping his hands on his dirty shirt. I can promise you we will never go back to eat at this pizza hut in Douglas GA. Never oh and waitress carried everyone's drinking glasses against her breast area and she never got in a hurry to do anything and you could barely hear her talk we had to ask her to repeat herself everytime.

I gotta give this pizza hut 5 stars because this was literally the best pizza I've had in town in 6 years. I'm sure it was because we dined in, because usually pizza hut will get a 3 or 4 star on their quality of food whenever I pick it up or have it delivered. So if you have time and want pizza hut, go dine in. Its pretty empty inside and very hard to even find pizza huts that still have dine in.

I have bought boneless wings in douglas for a long time actually years and they used to be really good.. but the past 2 times I bought any it taste like they were fried the day before and put back in the grease the next day fried for about a minute or two and pulled up and the sauce poured on them ...they thing is when I have to pay a 1.00 a piece for a boneless wing I want it freshly fried ...I will not buy anymore wings at all from the pizza hut in douglas...if they need to see how to fix them right they need to go to the pizza hut in Waycross Ga ....they fix it all fresh the way it's supposed to be ...im sorry but I eat these wings too much that I can tell the difference...

Tried this again after the remodel. Awful experience. One hour wait and we were the only customers waiting for food. 20 takeouts went out the door during our wait. No one ever explained the issue. Customers who came in 30 minutes after us got food. Still no communication on our wait. Finally we went to the counter and were told it would be a while longer due to an error. Never again. Choose wisely but not this Pizza Hut in Douglas.
The store has undergone a much-needed upgrade since my last visit, making it look a lot more welcoming. The lady at the cash register was extremely nice and greeted me as I walked in. Our food was delicious, probably some of the best Pizza Hut we've ever had!

I went in and ordered my pizzas, I wasn't greeted from any employee. I ordered my pizzas and the man taking my order just acted as if his life was a drag. I asked for a few certain things and he said they were out of it, I told him I would just got to domino's, his demeanor did not change at all. It's like he was wanting g me to leave. But I ordered, I then noticed the employees nit wearing ANY HAIRNETS, GLOVES or any kind of protection to keep hair and other stuff from going in the food. The employees were touching the pizza with not gloves and then placing used tray back to where they can be used again instead of washing them. I witnessed an employee touch their hair and not wash their hands. Hopefully my food is good, due to the amount of grease that is on my pizzas. I wouldn't recommend going here until they get these issues addressed.
