I have bought boneless wings in douglas for a long time actually years and they used to be really good.. but the past 2 times I bought any it taste like they were fried the day before and put back in the grease the next day fried for about a minute or two and pulled up and the sauce poured on them ...they thing is when I have to pay a 1.00 a piece for a boneless wing I want it freshly fried ...I will not buy anymore wings at all from the pizza hut in douglas...if they need to see how to fix them right they need to go to the pizza hut in Waycross Ga ....they fix it all fresh the way it's supposed to be ...im sorry but I eat these wings too much that I can tell the difference...

Tried this again after the remodel. Awful experience. One hour wait and we were the only customers waiting for food. 20 takeouts went out the door during our wait. No one ever explained the issue. Customers who came in 30 minutes after us got food. Still no communication on our wait. Finally we went to the counter and were told it would be a while longer due to an error. Never again. Choose wisely but not this Pizza Hut in Douglas.

The store has undergone a much-needed upgrade since my last visit, making it look a lot more welcoming. The lady at the cash register was extremely nice and greeted me as I walked in. Our food was delicious, probably some of the best Pizza Hut we've ever had!

I went in and ordered my pizzas, I wasn't greeted from any employee. I ordered my pizzas and the man taking my order just acted as if his life was a drag. I asked for a few certain things and he said they were out of it, I told him I would just got to domino's, his demeanor did not change at all. It's like he was wanting g me to leave. But I ordered, I then noticed the employees nit wearing ANY HAIRNETS, GLOVES or any kind of protection to keep hair and other stuff from going in the food. The employees were touching the pizza with not gloves and then placing used tray back to where they can be used again instead of washing them. I witnessed an employee touch their hair and not wash their hands. Hopefully my food is good, due to the amount of grease that is on my pizzas. I wouldn't recommend going here until they get these issues addressed.

We ordered from them yesterday for delivery at 6:20 pm they said they would deliver by 650 pm. I waited until 730 and when they didn't deliver it i called them no answer on phone but a different store picked up phone. They tried to get them but no answer. She said she would cancel my order and refund money. About 10 min later the place I ordered from called and apoligized they said they got swamped all of the sudden and my order got lost. But they offered to still make fresh pizza and deliver it for free. For this I'm giving them a good review bc how nice they were and they sent double my order. The first pizzas that were mixed up and fresh pizza just cooked. Not many people would take the time to call and explain much less make it right. Thank you

Pay the tip to have them hand it to me from the door still sit there 10 minutes before they came out with it even though it showed his ready and I had already let them know I was there so 10-15 minutes for an 18 up just to hand it to me from the door cuz I pulled up close due to the Rain. I paid for these pizzas and breadsticks and it all tasted like crap not sure what they had done this time but it did not taste good as it usually does it's like nobody cares anymore how about doing a good job to get paid for it it'll be a while before I come back if it all.
