Ordered the steak tacos but it didn't look or taste like steak.. there wasn't any flavor to it at all and it looked more like ground turkey the fact it was like a grey and not brown? Horchata was good but I wouldn't come back for the food.. waited about 15 min before anybody came to take order.

Here’s what I loved about this place: the food was very tasty. It was super clean. Everything came out really fast. The lady taking our order was super friendly, we asked for extra radishes and she did indeed deliver. Here is what I didn’t like. The music is really loud and it’s hard to hear the very soft spoken waitress. The salsa is kinda watery, however, the flavor? Delicious. And me personally, would want a little more spice. All in all, I’m thrilled with my experience, and without a doubt will return.

Rigo's in Douglas has good food and great salsa, but when it comes to their quoted pickup times for call in/pick up orders it is vastly incorrect. The last three call in orders that I have made they quoted me 10 to 15 minutes and every one of them was at least 25 minutes. Otherwise, they seem like nice people, and pricing is reasonable.

When we walked in the restaurant smelled like my Abuelita's kitchen when I was growing up, and immediately my stomach started rumbling. Both my husband and myself ordered the Carne Asada and drinks (Grapefruit Jarrito & Mexican Coke in a bottle) for lunch. The chips and salsa were individual servings, which was nice, and the salsa itself was delicious with a good flavor of cilantro. The Carne Asada was a generous portion and very well seasoned. The only downfall was having a butterknife to cut it with, but the meat wasn't tough that we couldn't cut it. However having arthritis made it difficult for me, but I made it work just the same.Overall it was a very pleasant lunch for a good price. We absolutely plan to return to try more items, especially when they have mangoes for Mangonadas. I highly recommend trying their food when in Douglas; you won't be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: Multiple children on the premises

If you want really Mexican taco ? style or a good torta; this is the place you are looking for ?. As well they have a good variety of drinks and the staff is servicial. For lunch or familiar, it's a good place to be. There are different water flavors that you should try.
