Second worst service I've ever received in the States. we were 1st at the bar, 4th to be served. When the bill came, we were charged for 12 oz steaks when the menu only showed 6, and she didn't ask 6 or 12. We pointed it out and the bartender said ' they should fix that, I'll talk to my manager later about fixing it'. We had to get pushy that we were not paying for something we didn't order. The waitress/bartender charged me for a colossal burger when I only ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with an extra patty. My loaded fries were loaded, but with disappointment and unmelted cheese. Even when I asked for some queso to melt it, it took another 10-15 minutes, and by then, everything was cold.
