Surcheros - Douglas, GA

i got charged extra 10$!! for on side surcheros sauce and sour cream and guac, and no i didn’t get any on my food the cashier was so rude and nasty i said to her nicely that it wasn’t an extra cost she turned around and ignored me!! her name was keyonna b. and we didn’t even get our queso she forgot to put it in the bag she’s been rude to us in the past we made a complaint nothing happened… do better surcheros.

Went about an 35 mins before closing time, I always get loaded nachos but not today. I started my order no black beans ok I'll have pintos. As I choose my meat and rice and start to glare at the veggies and about 1/3 were empty, 5 things were out that I asked for. I asked are yall closing the girl propped on the register answered for her and said no with an attitude. I simply said ok then I dont want anything and left. The food wasn't present that was supposed to be there. The cashier was rude without provocation.Real poor outing at 1 of the spots we used to call a favorite. No longer it has went down the last yr to 1.5 yrs!!!

So im from Jesup and we love surcheros and decided to try it one in Douglas and let me tell you they did not disappoint the serving size was so much. I usually get a surcheros burrito in Jesup and I eat it all but today when I got the same thing it was so big and good that I only made it through 75% and I was done lol. Great taste .

If you place your online order check your bag that is sealed up very good because you will be missing items when you get home and when your mention that you are missing items it’s a strip search of your bag to be believed just go inside and place a order the food is good service lacking

My husband and I just moved here and this is one of our favorite places to eat so far! The employees are always super nice, they don’t go skimpy on the portions, and the food is soooo good!!

Cleanliness is severely lacking at this location. Visited shortly after it opened this week and the bathroom was nasty. If you can't keep a bathroom clean, the kitchen often matches that lack of attention. Torn seats in the dining area and it hasn't been deep cleaned or painted since the Clinton administration. As the flagship location, it's quite sad. Update: I see similar reviews from months ago with the same boilerplate reply. Your concern rings hollow with no visible improvements. For our health, we will dine elsewhere until meaningful change occurs.

Would of been a 5 star but they use to burn their chips so bad you couldnt eat them. They were better this time but Jesup Georgia is the best Surcheros.. i get it everytime i go that way..

Had an excellent experience here. Staff were very professional and friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered the grilled burrito. They had two different types of rice, cilantro, lime and Southwest. Then you got your choice of mink which I chose chicken. You can also add beans if you like. They had all kinds of toppings to put on the burrito for me. I chose pico de gallo, pickled, jalapenos, green onions, red onions, lettuce, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. It was a wonderful experience and if you're in the mood for burritos tacos nachos quesadillas definitely recommend stopping by.
