I go in to order and stand there for about 15 minutes then the girl says you can use the board to order and I can't order what I want on it so I tell the girl I can't get what I want so she says you will have to wait and I can't wait on her to come and take my order and people are standing around in the back. So I walk out and still nobody can take my order never been treated this way.

So just got off the phone with the manager and told him that last night they messed up my order which I called five times In a row, nobody picked up or answer. Manager says he can’t make my order right because nobody answered my call last night. What kind of manager is running Taco Bell up there. disrespectful and ghetto. corporate don’t even reach out to me, apologizing about this type of issues when you guys seem to not care about your customers.

Pulled up before 10 AM to be told they have completely done away with breakfast, they no longer serve breakfast at all, but they sell all the other regular items. Just a shame to get a burrito with eggs you have to go to Burger King now.

It's sad to see people r so lazy they keep moving the breakfast time down. I'm not sure who management is now but STOP BEING LAZY and bring back the regular times for breakfast!!!! Honestly I'm surprised this "establishment" is still up and running ?
I asked for a #6 which is 2 chalupas and a taco I asked for no sour cream add nacho cheese. I didn’t get tomatoes and hardly no sour cream and look like I received food that had been sitting for awhile this is unacceptable and I’m not satisfied with the service

You force people to use a kiosks and not everybody had a card so makes everybody angry and we be on our 15 min lunch break and a lot of people would rather just order from a person and get through their day. This is ridiculous!! Can you imagine how the 50 and up people fell!! Definitely lost a customer that comes 2-3 times a weeks. Sorry. Yall making stuff way too difficult for the working people. I’ll go somewhere where that I don’t have to work to get fed
