Had an online order but the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside, waited 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge us, only to be told to order on the kiosk instead. I tried to explain I already had an online order, and the woman told me I was just going to have to wait, and I told her I needed to check in because the app asks me to check in on the speaker, and she cut me off to repeat that I had to wait like everybody else and she stormed off to take her break. Only to wait another 20 minutes, have to flag down an employee, and be told they haven’t made anything because I never checked in. I tried! Your employee was more worried about going on her break! Nevermind the several elderly people waiting up front to pay cash that nobody acknowledged who couldn’t use the kiosk. Get it together.

For some stupid reason this Taco Bell one day sells cream with the baha blast freeze with cream. The young lady said they have plenty of cream but was told not to put it in the drink any longer that it was gone for good. I can go tomorrow and it will be back. Just lazy. I think the nice young lady wanted to sell it to me but for some reason she was told today the cream was not being served any longer. I’m going tomorrow and if they sell me one I’ll put it on here.

Everything here is exactly 💯 🙌 I was very satisfied with the stay and food, washing my clothes, also I loved 😍 the pool, especially when I was there I 😀 had so much fun, and deserved the whole time I was there and I'll be back ASAP ❤️ 😀 😊 ♥️ 😄 💙 ❤️

I go in to order and stand there for about 15 minutes then the girl says you can use the board to order and I can't order what I want on it so I tell the girl I can't get what I want so she says you will have to wait and I can't wait on her to come and take my order and people are standing around in the back. So I walk out and still nobody can take my order never been treated this way.

So just got off the phone with the manager and told him that last night they messed up my order which I called five times In a row, nobody picked up or answer. Manager says he can’t make my order right because nobody answered my call last night. What kind of manager is running Taco Bell up there. disrespectful and ghetto. corporate don’t even reach out to me, apologizing about this type of issues when you guys seem to not care about your customers.
Pulled up before 10 AM to be told they have completely done away with breakfast, they no longer serve breakfast at all, but they sell all the other regular items. Just a shame to get a burrito with eggs you have to go to Burger King now.
