I ordered online before I came back into town, their app showed they had items still that we wanted, but when we got there they advised us that they didn't have a select few items I ordered. I asked them for a full refund, instead I was charged again for another 50 something dollars. I was never refunded the first 60, from when I ordered online. So I was charged over 100 dollars and they only refunded me 50 dollars worth, they tried to say that I was refunded all of my money, thanks to my fiance she caught the transaction on our banking app and noticed we were still missing money. So I had to go back again and get my other part of my refund. Finally they gave me the rest of my money. It took 30 minutes for them to get my refunds correct. The app should show that items are out before ordering online, instead of waiting to tell me at the window and making me wait for my refunds.

Ordered 10 PC nuggets only got 8.. ordered 2 son of baconator burgers one of which did not have bacon on it. This was after the lunch rush so I don't recommend

The manager of this location needs to be replaced. She does not like her job ata LL. She is rude and she lacks customer service skills. If the order is incorrect, the customer should not suffer for the inconvenience. Apologize at the bare minimum. She does not accept her mistakes and then has the audacity to ask for items like wrong sodas to be brought back in the store so that she can confirm that she made the wrong drink. As if someone is lying or stealing. Ma’am please go online and take some free customer service courses. They are everywhere for free. Until then your location will not bloom. OAN the employees were friendly. Although they too seem frustrated with the manager.

Every time I order from here at least part of the order is always wrong or missing.

If I could give this place zero stars I would and it's the people working there and management. Do not bother especially if you are going to try to use any of the offers DONT. They cannot seem to use them at all holy crap and the management DOES NOT CARE.

I have not had Wendy’s breakfast before and I was surprisingly shocked when I found the bacon egg and cheese biscuit had an actual egg. Your breakfast sandwich is 10 times better than McDonald’s.

This Wendy's was clean and the workers were polite. The food was served swiftly and was hot even the fries. Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and enjoy the food as well as the atmosphere.

I order a biggie bag and once I arrived home I realized that the nuggets were not in the bag so I tired calling but no answer so I was forced to drive back into town to Wendy's once my order was corrected the manger didn't offer an apology.

Something was wrong with her system, she couldn't hear me. Which she actually said while taking the order. They have to be losing more money than mine. I was trying to upsize the order and add stuff. Love the food! I try to respect all people that work with the public as I do myself. So no shade on the employees! They are running that place! ❤️ They just need better equipment to work with.
Passing by went for breakfast because I still had 1 hour to go, used car sevice so cant say much about atmosphere. crossaint, cinnabon was really good, but I ordered hot coffee ☕️ and it was warm and got worse when I added half and half. Also GPs can tell you, you can't turn after the light, but you actually have to keep driving and make a U turn. You could avoid going through the gas station.
