I know its fast food but when you spend 9.00 or more on a baconator you would think there would be a little more then 1 piece of bacon split up between it i wish I could post pics .. guess that's why it was quick in and out

i get being busy i work at a restaurant myself but even then they weren’t that busy there were 2 cars in front of me and no one inside. the lady over the headset was rude she was not paying attention to what i was ordering i had repeat myself multiple times while she’s sitting there continuing to cut up and laugh with other workers. all i wanted was a baconator large sweet tea large fry and a classic chicken sandwich with a all natural lemonade i received a large all natural lemonade with baconator and large fries. but you can clearly tell they weren’t paying attention when making food because i received another baconator with toppings that go on a CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICH (lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickle) that was just simply playing around to much and not paying attention. the sweet tea was disgusting you can tell it has not been remade. please do better with your staff as this is not the first time it’s happened this is the 3rd time in the last 3 weeks it has happened i let it slide the past 2 times now it’s just getting ridiculous.

the grape sprite or all of the sprites tasted like beer. my child’s mood was ruined and she had to get a fruit punch which she didn’t drink because she didn’t know if it also had beer in it. HORRIBLE! this is like buckees when the dr pepper tasted like beer too smh

Drive through attendant (purple hair) was rude AF. No hello or anything. I get it. I’m not always in the best of mood either but I at least greet my clients and say thank you or you’re welcome. They act like you’re a bother if you ask for any condiments or lord forbid you need a straw for your drink. Food was alright. Customer service is obviously an issue here.
