Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Me and my wife got Big Zax Snack meals, but there was nothing “big” about them. The chicken tenders were embarrassingly small—more like chicken nuggets—and they barely gave us any fries. It honestly felt like we were served the kids’ menu by mistake. For the price, we expected a full meal, not scraps. Really disappointed, Zaxby’s. You’ve got to do better.

I pulled in to the drive thru. There was a young lady standing outside with a tablet in her hand taking orders. She seemed as though she was about to pass out. I asked her was she ok. Offered her water and was told she had to stand out there as part of her job. In the brewing South Georgia heat. I told her to go and get someone else as it was obvious she was suffering from heat exhaustion.

Another young lady came out. I was made aware that the speaker box does work. However it is mandatory that these kids, who I now know are only 16 & 17 years old, are made to do this daily.

I complete my order. Get to the window and immediately ask for the manager. I am greeted by Amanda (GM). I inform Amanda that it is extremely hot outside and they should really consider using the speaker box for orders. I explain to Amanda that these kids really should not be out here in the sweltering heat. Amanda agreed. Amanda stated that corporate has made this mandatory ever since Chicfila opened across the street.

I asked Amanda if she was against why does she not speak up. She jumped her shoulders. I asked her had she been out there today in the heat taking orders. Her response was “No. it’s too hot”. I then asked Amanda if it’s too hot for her then why is it not too hot for those kids. Amanda said it’s corporate not me. I went back and forth with Amanda. Only to find out that Amanda never goes outside and take orders, even though she’s a manager who should lead by example. She sends the kids outside to struggle in sweltering heat.

I asked what was the emergency plan if one of the kids pass out or begin to stroke out from the heat. She responded with there is no real plan. We just kinda watch on camera. I told her that’s not an emergency plan. Simply reacting to said emergency. No contingency plan in place whatsoever.

Zaxbys your company has the booths with heating and ac here in ATL. If you’re going to force those employees (kids) outside, then at least protect them from the heat. This is disrespectful and all out diabolical. If a manager is not willing to do the task, then how can they enforce an employee to do the task?

I ORDERED ON DOORDASH AND MY FOOD NEVER EVER COMES CORRECTLY I ORDERED EXRA ZAX SAUCE AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT AND THEY NEVER GIVE ME THE EXTRA LIKE? WHY EVEN MAKE IN AN OPTION IF YOU ALL DONT WATCH FOR THAT THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM

I’m not sure what the two girls at the window problem is, but if they are going to purposely give me I unsweet tea and the incorrect soda (soda was obviously poured as water then soda to make it look like soda) after a mistake the person outside who took our order did, then they do not need to be working there. I actually told her directly what drinks I wanted and still gave me the incorrect one. Had an attitude when she realized she had to remake the drinks she was visibly bad talking me to another employee over something I had no control over. Not sure what there names were but I was there 11/08/24 around 12:00-12:15 these employees should be spoken too about how to properly deal with customers.

We got the big box! We were traveling and decided to get something new so we tried the box .. it was plenty enough to share with 4 adults and 1 child( + have left overs!) Great job Zaxby's!

Placed an order on door dash and paid almost $20 and received my order in a toast tray with a handful of fries or was this a kiddie meal ??? I ordered the big zax snack and asked for my food to be dipped in hot honey mustard and it wasn’t I guess they feel like because I ordered through door dash they didn’t have to fix my food they way it should have been

They gave me slaw instead of fries and the staff were so rude and they put my bread on my slaw that I did not want!!??

I order the Kicking Chicken Sandwich to go. And they put some much kicking sauce on it that the bottom piece of bread was submerged. You could not see it and was to soggy to pick it up. This was supposed to be a sandwich. Paid 10.00 for it. Love the food taste great. But stuff like this is a reason why fast food joints close in Douglas. They don't last. we'll hate the see Zaxby's go down the same path.

FOOD TONIGHT WAS HORRID. WHOEVER COOKED THE TRADITIONAL WINGS TONIGHT 8:30 PM, TUESDAY 9/17/24. GAVE ME ALL DAY OLD STALE WINGS. I ASKED FOR HONEY MUSTARD WINGS. THEY PUT A DAB IN THE CONTAINER AS THOUGH THEY WERE OUT OF HONEY MUSTARD.

WHOEVER PUT THESE STALE DAY OLD CHICKEN WINGS WITH DRIED UP HONEY MUSTARD IN A CONTAINER & LET THEM LEAVE THE KITCHEN NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!! AS EXPENSIVE$$$$ AS FOOD IS, THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO GET HOME AND TO SEE & TASTE!!!!!!!!!

The people currently working here somehow manage to mess up every online order i place. Just yesterday I was missing one of my meals and got no straws or forks. Today they again gave me no straws.
