Let's just say the fries make or break the meal. I came in and ordered for 2 and my fry carton was 3/4 full and full of pieces and a mixture of both kinds of fries when I ordered curly. Then our gyros had little to no sauce, guess you have to ask for extra to get your money's worth for what fast food charges. One more thing I won't be thanking you for bringing the fried turkey sandwich back when I taste more mayo then meat. Maybe the cook needs re training? NO DESIRE TO COME BACK AFTER THAT EFFORT TO MAKE OUR MEAL.

Currently at arbys in ellijay at 8:27 on Wednesday night. Dining room is locked but hours posted indicate the dining room closes at 10.
I ordered a double meat French Dip meal with crinkle fries and a Sprite from the mobile app and picked up at the drive thru. The fries were cool and stale and there was no au jus for the French Dip. The dip is a lot of the point of the sandwich. The fries were terrible.

Super slow service. I went inside and was the only customer but still waited almost 10 minutes after ordering for my food. They fixed three on-line orders before even starting mine. The employees were friendly and food was fresh but they need to prioritize in-person over deliveries or on-line pickups.

I hit the drive-thru once every so often for a market for sandwich with no sauce. Turkey lettuce bacon and wheat bread. Pretty healthy and a sandwich is always fresh. No complaints it's good. Staff is always courteous through the drive-thru. I don't go in

We’ve stop there’s twice in the last month both times our systems were down, employee sitting out front smoking cigarettes, and when I went through the drive-through is when they told me that they had no idea when they could actually serve me food or take my money.

We have stopped here twice to grab food. 1st time 30 minutes b4 closing and we were told registers were down, it would be 15 minutes b4 we could order. Needless to say, we went elsewhere. Friday we stopped to grab food, and again we were told it would be a 15-minute wait for the same reason. As we left we saw 3 of the workers outside smoking... and one was running drive-through. I don't know who would be left inside to boot the registers??? We won't be back to find out!
I LOVE Arby's! I was disappointed that the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich was unavailable and the potato cakes tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I substituted the Pulled pork with a French Dip and it was very good. Everything else, other than the above, was fresh and very tasty. We went through the drive thru.
