Slow service and the employees look like they hate their job but when you do get your food I must say it's hot and delicious

Not one of our better choices for supper. The food wasn't good at all, the hush puppies were cold and grease kids would not eat the mac and cheese because it was also cold. The service was nice because the employee greeted us as we walked in she was very friendly and polite and eager to help us with our ordering and was patient with our three grandkids while deciding what they wanted to eat.

There were only 2 staff members a cashier and a cook so the service was very slow. The price is way to much for the quality of food I received. The fish and chicken were so over cooked I could hardly chew it. The fries were cold the best thing I got was the slaw. Very disappointed because I usually love Captain D's

This place has went down hill. Today, around 2 pm, we stopped for a late lunch. The fish tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamps for hours and this was the best part of our lunch. We will not be going back until something changes.

Great fast food seafood. Everything was hot, tasty, and crispy. This was 3 times on a row that everything was yummy. I just wish they had a fried fish and clam combo.

8/20/24 1pm stopped in the drive through guy on the speaker sounded like I ruined his whole day. Like genuinely disgusting with his job. I ordered the ultimate seafood platter with coleslaw and fries and a large drink. Waited in line with only one car in front of me for over 15 minutes. It was 1:02 when I placed my order and 1:18 when I got my receipt. I finally get my food, park, and open the box..to find the smallest fish filets I've ever seen, all the portions of food are no where near enough for the $19.24 I spent. Crab cakes are not very big but today they were bigger than the fish also way overcooked, almost burned. Fries were cold and about the same size as a McDonald's small fry. I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant experience as I have with this one today. Will not be back to this location ever, not even for free food.

Employees on their cell phones while taking our orders, I don't think that they like me as soon as I walked in. They're like is this dine-in or takeout? I'm like yo chill bro. I just walked in the damn door. On a positive note, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her fish sandwich. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich. It looks so bad. I threw the whole thing away in the garbage. Won't be back but then again this is Ellijay so that's what you get ?

Not the most accurate people, ordered to go and they sent it out as dine in when I said that's to be carried out, the manager grabbed the tray and dumped the food in a carry out container the fries were on top of the coleslaw. The fish at least was in it's right place.
