I drove past this today, looked it up and it had pretty good reviews so decided to give it a try myself. I'm glad I did because it was very good. I called in my order ahead and it was ready when I arrived. Seems like a hole in the wall but so good. I got the real Mexican tacos. They were pretty real and very good just a little bigger than normal. Very full of good meat. I had two and a small side of queso and it was plenty of food. They have green and red salsa to choose and gave me some limes for my tacos too. They had a lot of options in the menu including more tacos, burrito, some items that seemed more Mexican and some more American Mexican. It was also very affordable as my full dinner (that was good and filling) was under $10. Definitely recommend.

We had spent most of the day away from our cabin rental and were looking for a quick easy to-go option. We pulled up to, no doubt an abandoned Huddle House, turned casa de queso. Keep in mind this is in the "hole in the wall" end of the spectrum and you're ordering at a counter, but no doubt authentic Mexican! I went with the Fajita Quesadilla and hubs ordered the Chipotle Chicken burrito and had them add chorizo- a spicy meatball for sure! The salsa verde was excellent and the price fair- BUT stay clear of the guacamole - no bueno there mi amigos! Remember, take it home - don't stay there!

Super yummy and cheap! We were headed out of Blue Ridge and needed something quick to go. Menu I'd diverse and super affordable.

For a small town like Elijay, this is some pretty decent stuff. Portions are pretty big and the service was great. Food tasted okay, not grrwt, juat okay. There are some tables and a bar to sit. The food is prepared right in front of you so essentially a quick to go place for a nice burrito.

Your order is prepared freshly from the grill but tacos and burritos kind of tasted very bland. The young man running the register was very friendly and so patient with us when I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. I liked green salsa better than red salsa.

Authentic breakfast burritos. Bacon, egg and cheese burritos are more favorite with the salsa to dip it in. yum

May not look like much but this chicken medium quesadilla was one of the best I've had in a long time. Upset I decided to share with my boo. Fresh fresh and delicious. He had the fish tacos and said how impressed he was.(he should know, he is mexican) Glad we decided to stop Yes, it's next to a gas station but please do try

Am not sure why this place got 5 stars. Did you recently change your menu? EVERY dish we ordered was unbelievably bland. The chimichanga was just meat and tortilla drowning in bean juice. Even the guacamole had no flavor. There were NO spices. Worst Mexican I have ever had.

Amazing green enchiladas! Just run There and order them. Homemade Mexican comfort food at its best!
