Gross 🤢, wife ordered the ham and cheese sandwich. It came out All smashed down like it was thrown on the ground and looked like a 5-year-old made it, I ordered the chicken tenders. They smelt so bad I could not eat them but I was like you know what just bite into it so you can review it. Rubber taste it like rubber so I didn't eat those. The french fries were cold. The Frisco Burger was decent but it took about 14 minutes to get that order out to us. I do believe they had only two employees working. The place was completely empty at 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon. We will not be going back there anytime soon. Restaurant was reasonably clean but also very run down looking.

We went through the drive through to get breakfast this morning and was so excited to come across a Hardee's since we no longer have one in our town. The food was really good, hot and fresh. Unfortunately, I'm not sure we will be going back anytime soon even if we are in the area as the manager was EXTREMELY rude to us in the drive through as well as the person taking the order. First, some how the receipt got rang up as a peach tea when it should have been a sweet tea. No big deal, we got the sweet tea that we asked for. But the manager made a smart remark about the fact of them not even having peach tea yet which wasn't necessary. SECONDLY, after recieving the food I realized we were missing a hashbrown. I asked the cashier if she'd be able to get that for us. She was kind and was going to grab it. And, the manager on duty started military drill style questioning the cashier as to why we needed another hashbrown it was all in the bag. Instead of coming over and talking to us about it, and giving us our hashbrown that was IN FACT missing she began yelling at us from the other side of the restaurant about how it was in the bag not to give it to us! She treated as us like lying criminals over a hashbrown.
This place always makes me wait. They seem to be short staff and the staff they do have are simply rude. There’s a reason that place is always hiring. Horrible service.

If I could give them Zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence of the employees that work here is ridiculous. They can't seem to open the restaurant before 2pm most days and, when they do they have a max of 3-4 employees working. The last time I ordered from them I paid almost $25 for my food. They gave me half of what I ordered and half of what someone else ordered. I got all the way home before I knew that (my fault, I should've checked my bag before I left but I'd already waited almost 20 minutes, for 3 burgers). I drove all the way back and just asked for a refund. They didn't even have a manager on shift that could properly administer a refund. That alone took almost 10 minutes before he could figure out how to do it. It was a total waste of my time and I will never go back to this one. Customers beware, the service is awful.
