It's a shame that your employees take it upon themselves to not give a customers change back and then get an attitude when confronted about it. Bill was $11.39, I gave her $11.45. Is this standard procedure set by management or just plain bad management? Good way to keep your register in the black by the end of a shift.

We sat at the drive through 20 min waiting then people started leaving. We drove up to the window and sat 10 min people inside looked at us and clearly saw us but totally intentionally ignored us. Never will go to Hardee’s again

After hearing Hardee’s was under new management, I decided to give it a try. Don’t bother!!! The chicken wrap is pictured with shredded cheese. This location is cutting a slice of cheese into 1/3 sections and you get 1/3 on your wrap. Customer service was terrible. The lady with blue/purple hair is extremely rude. I ordered two diet Dr Pepper’s. I received 1 Diet Coke. When I asked her about it she got mad and threw her hand at me. I told her if it was a problem, I could leave. I asked for my receipt and she shut the drive thru window on me. Please check your cameras and see her behavior. This is unacceptable, I simply want what I order. We absolutely will not return. This location continues to disappoint.

I understand that the roof was leaking because of the hurricane but there's no excuse for the terrible c/s. Was there on 9/29 about 11:30. The young lady was extremely rude. She screamed at an older man than asked about breakfast to the pt he turned and left. I ordered a combo. With no fries in the bag I asked about them. She raged ' look at your receipt'. I can't help she put it in wrong. The man in the back said he'd make some. She threw her headset mouth fully engaged and stormed out the back door. She needs to be let go if this is how she treats customers. People are feed up this thispost covid behavior.
