Slowest mc Donald's in the area... It didn't use to me so bad but expected a minimum 10 minutes wait at any point in the day now.At my last visit I could have drove to the next town over and ordered at that McDonald's and gotten served quicker than waiting in line here.

The day crew seems to be solid however this is not a location you want to come to after lunch. They have a staff at night that is rude and incompetent and you will most certainly wait longer than you have at any other location.

I do not at all understand how this place is even open. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST ISSUE AT THIS MCDONALDS. I am making that clear because otherwise I would not leave this review!!! I stopped by went to the 2nd lane for faster service like it says because someone else was ordering at the 1st lane I waited for them to still take my order AFTER the car that was AFTER the one in the 1st lane ordering!!!!! So whatever I get over that get to the window after repeating my order at the speaker 3 TIMES and they OVER CHARGED ME AND STILL GOT IT WRONG!!! They then give me a refund for what I was charged and then charged me the right amount. Then I get to the 2nd window AND THEY HANDED ME THE WRONG ORDER!!!!! Handed me the right one after I handed it back and said it was not mine she did not clarify it had NO KETCHUP like she was supposed to only said it’s 2 double cheeseburgers. So I handed it back and said I will not eat it if there’s no ketchup. She looks and says they are no ketchup. So I got treated like absolute trash there for no reason after using my deals to get food and paying for food other than that I just do not understand and not 1 apology or anything. Corporate needs to step in and re teach them/ re train because this was AWFUL and I used to work for McDonald’s myself!!! Was not that difficult

they can't get ah damn thing right either they cant read or just actually dumb asf foods okay that's for when u get it the cashier though the drive thru is good but who ever is putting stuff in bags an make sure everything is good to go an ready is just poor an sorry at their job

This is truly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is a joke and the staff are rude and unhelpful. If you’re willing to wait 25 minutes to get your food, don’t expect it be right or hot.Parking: Parking is horrible. The drive through blocks parking, so you need to park at the strip mall across the street.
