We have always liked Moe's. Some may think us strange, but even better than Chipotle. However not crazy about the shedded cheese they have switched to and so don't really frequent here so much. Wish they would switch back to the cheese they had been serving.
Also, don't recommend ordering the chicken ranch quesadilla online for drive thru or pick up. It's messy and soggy because the tomatoes aren't drained well and there isn't an option to request the chipotle ranch on the side.
Sorry, Moe's. Realize the cheese things is a corporate decision and not local.

Staff cooked tofu fresh for us right away. App told me I had a free drink and guacamole and cashier could not get app to activate his register so he manually removed 1 drink and guacamole from the bill. Very friendly service. Clean restaurant and quiet eating area.

I got beans no beef in a cup and no rice and got cheese on a quesadilla. Get up to register and foreigner young girl wanted to charge me for a cup of beans. i told her i wasn’t paying for that then she looks at the employee like small cup next time. She wasn’t nice about it to her. I also got salsa and it tasted like days old not fresh. I won’t be back. Don’t waste your time on this place.

Maybe it was just this location, but it was not a good experience. Food was mediocre at best, and it was not fresh. The restaurant was dirty. Everything was just bland, and nothing about this place stands out in a good way. Not recommended. Chipotle is in the same plaza, just saying.

Ran out of protein 45 min before close and refused to cook more bc grill was clean. Horrible visit, glad you are going out of business. You deserve it.

I like the occasional burrito from Moes but shouldn’t there be a standard for burrito rolling? Perhaps a test? A license for burrito roll? I don’t know her name so we will call her Tammy. Could be a Tammy. Come on guys put her anywhere but under no circumstance should she be rolling burritos. Welcome to “ohhhhh” dang Tammy’s here. Guess I’ll get a bowl.

Yeah place was out of stuff not taking online orders etc. I went in. It was disorganized at best. The employees were ok I guess. Food was bland and half eaten. First and last time customer.

I showed up at 823pm, 7 minutes before the dining room closed for the evening. The staff were exceptionally polite and kind and provided excellent service when I showed up just before closing. I appreciate them!

I have been to several Moe's and this one ranks at the bottom. Not a very friendly staff, skimpy on the burrito stuffings and a bit dirty. And while there were several people working and only three tables of people eating, the trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom needed attention and several of the sauces were empty. It was well below the typical Moe's standards.
