ATTENTION!!!!! FRAUD HERE IS REAL. Me and my fiancé went to have a Valentine’s Day lunch, a day that only comes once a year. When we first sat down and got our drinks we had to beg for lemon, then we asked for two separate baskets of chips because I salt mine and my partner doesn’t and they ignored us at first. These small things didn’t matter because we were hungry. We ate and it was okay but when we got our bill it said 82$… SERIOUSLY our food added up to be 54$ with 7% added to it. How do you accidentally charge someone 30+ $$$$ ???? They tried to say they didn’t clear out the machine before they did our ticket well on the receipt the 36$ they were randomly charging us was in the middle which right off the rip tells me he entered that manually. Law enforcement should have been involved. What if I was elderly and didn’t know better and they got to profit off someone bc they pulling slick ones like that. THIS IS SERIOUS. Please please check your recite and don’t let people take advantage of you. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Happy Valentine’s Day.

The service here is awful and how do you accidentally try charging someone FOURTY EXTRA $$$$ CAUTION FRAUD IS SERIOUS. I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

If you don't like smoking . Do not sit in the bar area. I was put in the bar area unaware and it was bad at lunch that day but the waitress was wonderful and immediately moved me. They were very accommodating.

I read some pretty bad reviews about this place,...after I had already eaten dinner.Good thing I didn't read them before I ate, or I would have eaten elsewhere. My review is this, I had one of the best Mexican meals I've had since leaving California more than 30 years ago. I've Had many good Mexican meals here in Ga., but none as good as what this restaurant serves. Very authentic!!

This small unassuming Mexican restaurant serves some of the best Mexican cuisine at a reasonable price. When you see from the outside it doesn’t look grand or anything but when you step inside you enter into one of the best Mexican restaurants in and around elijay. With an impeccable service and a an amazing atmosphere you are in for a treat. Do give it a try next time when you are around this place.

A group of us were staying in town for the week and wanted some good ole comfort Mexican food… we picked this place off of google maps thinking it looked the most like your typical Mexican joint. While the menu appeared that way, everything from the service to the food quality was poor. THERE ARE FAR TOO MANY OTHER OPTIONS IN TOWN THAN TO CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!For starters the salsa was too spicy but no redeeming flavor, the chips weren’t quite stale but were on their way. The chicken in the entrees was not flavored at all; it had either been boiled or cooked in a crockpot with no seasoning what so ever… The beef was the same. The rice and beans on the side were not saviors either, equally bland with the beans being extra runny. All eight members of our party agreed this was the worst Mexican food we’d ever had and that’s saying something. Our ages ranged from 63 down to 20 and no one is particularly picky. All but one of the entrees were unappetizing and barely cracked into the edible ranks.It’s Simple; go elsewhere.

My family went to the restaurant to have Mexican food, the food took too long, the food was bland and tasteless, very disappointing. We went by reviews on this place. It was nowhere near the 4.5 stars given. I recieved my food 25 minutes after the rest of my family had already eaten. Will never go back!
