My family and friends went to Ruby Tuesday Sunday night before a Christmas play our Children were in. We just put in the order and the power went out so unfortunately we were unable to wait, but they filled the drink order with no charge. They were so nice during this trying time we decided to come back afterwards, and I was really glad we did. Our server was sweet got our drinks and food out quickly, she did forget the silver ware but we were able to get that for her. She kept our drinks filled and all our crazy requests filled with a smile on her face the whole time. The food itself was really good. The only complaint there was the coconut shrimp was a little bit over cooked but everything else was absolutely wonderful. The dessert were to cry for. I will definitely go back again. I was told about the app and the different specials you could get by using it, and the order ahead for pickup so I think this will become one of my favorites 😄
Kid-friendliness: Our grandson was still excited from his play and a little rowdy but because it was a little late no one minded so he was able to laugh and enjoy his food and family time.

Came for the salad bar, which was good as usual, server was good. Coconut shrimp were undercooked and not very good. This place was very filthy, walls covered in dried food, booth was dirty, mens room reeked of a bad sewage problem, no handsoap during my visit. If it was cleaner the experience would have been fine, but the level of filth was a bit much.

Awfull service, waited on food, they were not busy. I worked at a Ruby Tuesday for a few years. Not the same. Quality went way down. No wonder there shutting all down🤔🙂↕️ didn't even comp for all the awfullness

Stopped in for a late dinner on Thursday night so there were only a few other customers at tables and a couple at the bar. We were sat at a table by the same guy that was our waiter. He was very nice, but messed up both of our orders. I had the bourbon pork chop (yummy) with rice and tots. He brought me mashed potatoes and tots. My husband got the bourbon salmon (he said it was not very good) with mashed potatoes and rice. He brought him tots and veggies. The waiter came to the table with the food and said "I don't know if this is right" and sat the food down. Seriously? He knew it likely wasn't right, but didn't bother to check it before even leaving the kitchen with the wrong food? He was difficult to get away from the the bar area where he was chatting with others. My husband had to stand up and get him to get our check. He was nice and thanked us though.

The food is not the problem here. It is the service. There was an older lady with pink hair that seated us. She was really rude. She wanted to seat us at a booth that has a step. My grandmother can't get up steps so we told the lady not to seat us there. She acted like that was the end of the world. She got real nasty with us and said "I'll just put you at a table then." All because my grandmother couldn't sit where she tried to seat us. Then we get the waitress Kristina and she was also rude today. She asks us how we are doing and we say "doing well." Then she acts like a smartass and says "I'm doing well thanks for asking." Sometimes we forget to ask the other person how they are doing. Kristina acted like it was the end of the world that we didn't ask her how she was doing. The food tastes wonderful, but the service is horrible here.
