I just want to say…I took my 3 kids through the drive through yesterday afternoon and I have never been more pleasantly surprised with a restaurant’s good service. Hannah took our order with a welcoming attitude and like modifying every food item wasn’t a problem in the slightest. I let my kids (10 and 13) order their own food and she was so pleasant and real with them. You could easily hear her, and she was so very easygoing and friendly. She’s special. I had to brag on her—I mean her customer service skills were on fire! If every business had a Hannah at the counter, they’d never fail. We all left the drive thru with smiles on our faces, wondering when we could come back. Good job on hiring her, Ellijay Taco Bell!!

The drive-thru order always gets messed up. They dump your food in the bag so you can’t see what’s missing. The steak burrito might have 2 shreds of steak on it. All around poor Taco Bell and the one in Jasper is decent.

Workers are very hit and miss when it comes to customer service. Most of the time they forget at least one thing and the guy whos usually at the drive thru is very snippy. I honestly think it might just be the work environment considering it doesnt look like many people are working, but thats no excuse to make your customers feel like they are an inconvenience... been 2 times in the 5 years Ive been living back in the area and both experiences remind me why we rarely eat at this location.

The Taco Bell in Ellijay was great. Very good, friendly service. Very clean restaurant. The order was correct and very fresh and good.
Kelly was so kind and so sweet! My son accidentally hit the wrong button on a taco and she was so quick to walk up to us and get it switched no hassle! Kindest people I’ve ever had at Taco Bell and some of the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a while!
