I had gone to the Taco Bell in Ellijay, GA in order to try the new Chicken Nuggets I saw on the app. I ordered a cheese quesadilla as well. The cheese quesadilla was okay, but the chicken nuggets tasted horrible. They tasted artificial (which they are) and left a lingering taste in my mouth for a couple of hours. I wouldn’t recommend this location, as I went to the Taco Bell in Blue Ridge, GA and got better food.

It is a documented fact that in the future that Taco Bell wins the franchise wars. And this establishment is one of the reasons why. Fast, fresh, and polite.
Food was no good. We ordered 4 boxes, and they didn't put it in the boxes. They had the food sitting around for about 10-15 minutes before they gave it to us, and it was all cold. At least the boxes would have kept the food warmer. Will not be going back.

The nachos bell grande we ordered were so salty, they were inedible. You could see the salt all over the chips and on the side of the container. The manager said that there was nothing they could do because “they came that way. We can make her some more if she wants to wait an hour and a half.” It’s one thing to be short-staffed. It’s another to have rude employees, especially management. This is the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced ANYWHERE. I will be doing more than just leaving a bad review. Their district management or corporate office needs to know how incompetent and ignorant this manager is.

Every single time I go to this taco bell my order is messed up never fails. I’ve ordered online and in drive through and there’s always an issue. A few weeks ago I ordered my lunch online 30 minutes before I arrived got to the store and still had to wait 25 minutes and had leave before I even got my food. It shouldn’t take almost an hour to make a burrito. I wasn’t gonna come back after that but I’ve tried it a couple times since and the workers at the drive through are rude and also mess up my order so I definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this one.

Consistently forgetting (it's just more work for you!) to remove sour cream from items. Most of our orders take place in drive thru, and we are the type of people not to hold the line up as we make sure our order was made correctly before driving off.. but I'm starting to understand those people I once perceived as "rude" for doing so! It usually results in one person from my party not eating due to an aversion to sour cream. Seems small, but understand I waited until we were well over 30$ in wasted food as a result and someone always goes hungry.

Take out. We spent 44 bucks on flour tortillas and cheese sauce! The guesadilla's had hardly any filling in them. There was hardly any filling in the tacos, one stringy squirt of runny meat product. Maybe 1t spoon real cheese in the tacos, again no meat. We ordered a side of blackbeans and the container had 1 1/2 T spoon of blackbeans the container was mostly empty. Forget the Mexican pizza! They put it in the bottom of the bag so when we opened it up the toppings (cheese sauce and runny pinto beans were glued to the top of the container) there were no additional topping on it. The burritos were full and fat from pinto beans paste but nothing else in them. The food tasteless. I was embarrassed bc we shared that food with friends. Shameful! Don't come to Ellijay's TacoBell unless you want to throw your money away. Save your cash and give it to an animal shelter instead. Mrs. David Wood. In case the manager would like look at our order.
