We love Taco Bell, but this location is always hit or miss. Strongly suggest dine-in if possible if you want your food hot and accurate. PLEASE KEEP THE DOUBLE DECKER!!!

Order at a kiosk because all 8 employees working were too busy with the other... 0 customers inside and clear drive thru to come to the counter to help. When the food arrived it was cold, soggy and we had cups to fill our own drinks rather than the frosted drinks we ordered. When we brought the cups back up the employee snatched them out of our hand and practically threw the cups. Would not go again. Never had such bad service at any other taco bell.

if i could give zero stars, i would. i work in the area, & taco bell is my favorite quick stop to eat. the service is shotty, they're mean & pushy on the speaker. they mess up my order quite literally every time, & if i come back through the drive thru & let them know after the 5th time in a row, im met w nothing but attitude & get worse quality food back i assume out of spite? the drive thru girl snatching the wrong order from my hands like "i guess ILL throw this away". like i get it, i hate my job too but u could probably be kinder to ur guests. however, the man on drive thru is always punctual, respectful, & accommodating. idk, i shouldn't be getting off work & pouring my hard earned money into an establishment that treats its guests like utter crap.

OK I gave it 5 stars for food and service. It is Taco Bell, but it was the best prepared Taco Bell I can ever remember having. The service by the young lady was great. It was slow, but she was 1 of only two people working. She took our order and then had to prepare it. And she was preparing for the drive thru also. They needed more help.

"Collection of Experiences"Don't expect to see a clean lobby. Even if the lobby is completely empty you can just about bet on the fact that most the tables are dirty . The soda machine is always covered in soda making it extremely sticky. I'm pretty sure based on corporate standards the lobby just like the bathrooms are on a timed check list , as well as ; several other timed check lists throughout the store.If the most basic ones are being neglected then I'd hate to see the ones we don't have access to.One more thing about the soda machine is usually most of the drinks have an off taste. meaning one of two things or both. One being the nozzles haven't been taken off every night and properly cleaned. Two would be that they need to have the syrup and Co2 adjusted/regulators need adjusted.On multiple occasions i have been standing in the lobby wanting to place an order only to be ignored most the time. during these times I have witnessed the women standing around playing with each others hair and talking about everything under the sun other than work. I've seen horseplay that again was more important than acknowledging a customer in the lobby. I've witnessed the drive thru telling the person in line to please wait only to go back to their conversation .Needless to say with all these things; does it surprise you that I'm about to say their food is extremely inconsistent. its the same menu across America and everyone is supposed to be trained one way to make each item to make sure quality is always there but like most places the care isn't there anymore.One of my favorite quick cheap bites is the Beefy 5layer Burrito. well on more than one occasion I have been on my last bite and its nothing but a glob of sour cream . while I enjoy the sour cream in my burrito no one wants the last bite to be all the sour cream for the whole burrito.Stay tuned to get pictures and an updated review based on the next couple surprise visits.
